My stay at Mariano’s was perfect, I wish I had stayed longer! Marino was unbelievably helpful in every way, he truly wants you to be able to experience and enjoy your time in his town. It is super peaceful and more quiet than the more touristy areas but just as beautiful. The house is even better than the pictures and has a great view of the lake from the upstairs balcony. It was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be staying here again if I make it back to this area in the future!

Sara is a great host. Really good tips for things to do around the area as well as fun and sociable events for the campers in her tents (BBQ evening, pizza picnic). The tent consisted of everything you needed.She really thought of everything. The closeness to the lake is fantastic. Will definitely book Saras place again if we were to travel to lake Como again. Thank you Sara for a wonderful stay at Lake Como!

Our stay at this lakeside Airbnb was nothing short of magical. Waking up to serene water views and the gentle sounds of nature set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The property was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and offered direct access to the lake, making it perfect for morning coffees on the dock and evening sunsets. La casa esa ubicada en una zona tranquila, pero bien comunicada, la parada del autobús está a menos de 2 minutos, y muy cerca del centro si uno quiere ir caminando. Ademas de que todos los anfitriones son muy cálidos y amables.

It was definitely a good place to go on vacation. We unluckily had to switch or apartments because of the conditions. Instead we had a 3 times bigger room and the best view we could get from the balkony. We really recommend this place to anybody who loves to wake up next to the sea and mountains, goes on walks or hiking but also likes to have options to go shopping or visit other cities near around. Lecco is wonderful and Bergamo exactly as Milano is easy to reach by bus or train. Thank you for the stay, best greetings from germany!!

Jolie petite maison nichée dans le village de Careno. La maison est conforme aux explications données pas Nella, l’hôte. On s’y sent très bien. En contrebas une petite plage pour se baigner dans le lac. On peut aussi prendre le bateau pour visiter d’autres villages. Vérifiez attentivement les horaires du jour afin de savoir quand et de quelle ville reviendra le dernier. Careno est un village très paisible, loin de l’agitation. Idéal pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent un peu de quiétude. Il y a un restaurant mais rien d’autres, Nesso est tout près en voiture ( épicerie ou restaurants). Pour ma part je recommande d’avoir une voiture sur place. A noté qu’il y a une place de parking pour les vacanciers, après il faut marcher 5 min environ pour atteindre la jolie maison avec une vue splendide sur le lac !

What a great find!!!! Absolutely beautiful for my family and I. Perfect vacation! The staff was so amazing which makes me want to come back…attentive and super responsive. I own my own travel agency and it’s rare to find the perfect place but I can honestly say I don’t have one single complaint. I highly recommend to others. Thanks to these wonderful ladies who helped with anything we needed and communication was above and beyond. Place was clean, had everything we needed, great amenities, perfect location and CLEAN!

Incredible place, looks just like on the pictures. Not the cheapest option in the area, but definitely worth every penny. Fantastic host, responsive and willing to help at any time. Perfect view and amenities - just perfect.

I don’t know where to begin on how incredible this stay was. The pictures don’t do it any justice- not only is the apartment and grounds immaculate, but the view from the balcony of the lake is stunning. My husband and I sat out there everything and couldn’t get over what we were looking at. From the start, Vicky was extremely helpful and her building manager, Kumara, was unbelievably kind and helpful to us. We got into Como early and they were able to get us (including my extremely jet lagged 16 month old) into the apartment early. The apartment is walking distance to an adorable town (including George clooneys villa!) that felt very authentic. Da Luciano is a must try! The locals couldn’t have been nicer. There was also a bus line right outside the apartment if you want to explore via public transit. Vicky even helped us book a last minute taxi to get to the train station in Como. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this airbnb more and were so sad to leave. Book it, you won’t regret it!

My stay in Pavia with Anna was great! The room was very cozy and clean, and the atmosphere made me feel like those real Italian homes. One of the highlights was the delicious, fresh strawberries that Anna gifted me – they were juicy and sweet, perfect - for sure I will remember that.

Super Appartement für ein paar Tage am Comer See. Sehr schöne Unterkunft und der Ausblick und der Pool sind ein großes Highlight. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und er war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert :)

Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war wirklich super, von der Kommunion mit der Gastgeberin über die Lage bis hin zur Unterkunft und Ausstattung: alles absolute Premiumklasse! Ich komme wieder 😊

Wunderschöne Seesicht, genossen das Rauschen des Wassers und waren positiv überrascht, dass wir nicht von Mücken geplagt wurden und dankbar über die feinen Sachen im Kühlschrank! Würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen

Beautiful calm location on Lake Como, the beach is front was nice, kids had lots of fun. There is a bar right next to beach. The only downside was that the path to beach is just next to a road bend which has cars coming very fast, therefore woudl recommend watching kids. Having said that there were planty of family using the beach, kids especially enjoyed the diving board. Just a km towards the village is another beach with greater choice of restaurants. Apartment itself is lovely, two floors, plenty of space and includes all amenities for a short rental. Onno provides a quieter base to explore all of Lake Como, it also has a ferry transport. Alice was very helpful and nice. We loved the upper balcony which provided excellent views. Perfect location for a memorable family holiday. A plus for us was that we were able to recycle plastic and other waste. Will not hesitate to book again.

Nicola muy amable. Hizo el esfuerzo de esperarnos en el muelle cuando bajamos del barco y nos llevó a la casa. Está ubicada en un callejón pintoresco a la vuelta de 1 muelle y a 100m del muelle principal que también es la plaza central del pueblo. La gente muy amable y poco turista. El pueblo nos recibió con fuegos artificiales en el lago, un recital/ concierto de piano, por un joven local. y una carrera de natación que cruzó el lago. La estancia fue inolvidable!

Ein wunderbarer gestalteter Ort, so nah am See und durch den Parkplatz, welchen man dazu mieten kann problemlos zu genießen. Sehr schön für Badetage mit Ausflügen in die Berge aber auch nah an Como. Geschmackvoll mit allem eingerichtet, was für Komfort und Bequemlichkeit sorgt. Freundlichster Empfang durch die engagierte Sara, die man alles fragen kann, wenn nötig. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Wunderbar illuminiert ist die natürliche Steinwand. Schon etwas Besonderes, man wohnt quasi am Fels, was man allerdings auch ein wenig durch den feuchten Geruch merkt.

Good value AirBnb, which was very clean and had a nice kitchen with utensils etc. to prepare meals. Bed was very comfortable. Andreas was responsive on message and helpful with any questions Since we visited in November (Lake Como's off-season), Carate Urio was quiet. I'd recommend renting a car so you can get to Tremezzo and Menaggio for ferries, and keep an eye out for public parking spaces near the AirBnb. There are church bells that ring in the morning, though they can be nice to wake up to!

Had a great stay in this apartment, it’s very spacious and tastefully decorated. We used it as a base to explore lecco and commute to Monza for the F1, it’s located in a very central location near the train station and local bars, restaurants and shops, but was also very quiet and private from the top floor. Piero was a great host and met us promptly when it was time to check-in and out, even allowing us to arrive a couple hours early. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly return.

Die Wohnung ist sehr charmant, großartig gelegen und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht mit, so dass wir den Garten und den Seezugang nicht nutzen konnten. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr schön und ideal gelegen direkt am See, was unseren 9-tägigen Aufenthalt im August besonders angenehm machte. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und funktionierte einwandfrei, ebenso wie das Bad und das Bett. Leider war die Gartendusche ausser Betrieb, und der See war zeitweise etwas verschmutzt, was uns dank unserer Standup Paddles jedoch nicht störte. Aufgrund der Hitze waren die von uns mitgebrachten Ventilatoren nachts dringend notwendig. Die Lage am See brachte natürlich viele Mücken mit sich, daher war unser Mücken-Stecker sehr hilfreich. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass der angegebene Parkplatz nicht direkt an der Unterkunft liegt, sondern etwa 200m entfernt, was das Ein- und Ausladen etwas umständlich machte. In der Nähe gibt es ein charmantes Städtchen, das in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, aber die Unterkunft eignet sich eher für kürzere Aufenthalte.
