It borders Gerderman rhododendron preserve and is located on an extensive trail system that leads to the ocean, the forest or the center of Yachts a short distance away. The only thing that has remained in the house is the kitchen cabinets, stove, oven, and microwave. Everything else is new! The views are spectacular, that is what this house is about.
