Really fun and nice place. The common area is great for hanging out with a group. There are lots of thoughtful touches around the house. Thumbs up.

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

The house was in a location that was private and easy to get to town for groceries. Views from the house to the ocean were fantastic. The house itself has a lot of stairs which can be a problem for those with ambulatory challenges. Waldport is a quiet town and less touristy, which we appreciated. We loved our 8 day stay there. We also appreciated Jon's flexibility in allowing us to reschedule at the last minute due to a family situation that arose.

This was our 4th or 5th trip to this beautiful location. This is our favorite getaway spot on the coast. Access to the beach is awesome and we always seem to luck out on the weather. Paul’s place is calm, relaxing and quiet. Well stocked with everything we could want for our stay. Very eclectic decorating, we see something new every time we stay. Thank you Paul for sharing this amazing place with us.

Fantastic stay! Heather was very responsive. We really enjoyed her cottage, very spacious, close to attractions. We walked to dinner, there are coffee spots and food trucks near too. Thoughtful touches throughout the house. Super fun spending time there with our two teen boys and dog. Would choose this place again if available for our next trip to Lincoln City!

Since my wife passed in 2023 from Cancer, my Daughter and I have doing Holidays different. She found this House , read everything about it and told me this was where she wanted to stay for the night. Excellent choice as very clean very private and relaxing with an awesome view. We will be staying here again :) ( the only issue I had was the 30 minutes it took for me to figure out the Ninja coffee maker, but after I googled it, all was good) thanks so much for you beautiful hospitality and the use of your house.

By far, this was the best place we have stayed at. Easy to find. Loved walking the beach and the neighborhood. Very welcoming for us and our dog. The snacks were great after traveling all day. We appreciated the wine. Very personable and loved how the house was decorated. The extra personal supplies came in handy since my daughter forgot her toothbrush. We absolutely just loved looking out at the ocean. Thank you. We will be back.

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

Great location right next to the beach. Easy walk to great restaurants and shopping. The condo has a great view of the beach and sunset in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

Stay was enjoyable and comfortable, Hot tub was great. After walk on beach and so was the fire place. Didn't find any floats on the beach, might have come try again. Thanks for all the great communication Tim.

Very nice little place; exactly as advertised. Great location, very close to Nye beach, restaurants and shops. Amazing view! My wife and had mentioned we should get a pair of binoculars to take but we didn’t. When we arrived, we found a pair of binoculars on the table at the window that overlooked the beach and ocean. A very nice touch! Great bed and mattress. We slept very comfortably. The ceiling fan was great. The kitchen had more than we needed. The shower was great. Great Roku tv, which is easy to use. Nice couch and pillows. Good WiFi. Nicely decorated. They’ve really maximized the space nicely. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a small, but classy place on the beach.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . This was our second year in a row to spend a lovely month on the Oregon Coast… the view can’t be beat… the house was comfortable… we loved our stay!

Jonah was great to work with, very quick to respond and resolve when any issues came up. Will stay again.

We stayed here with all our kids and their spouses so we had a full house. The place was stocked for us to be able to bring food and cook our meals with all necessary equipment. The game area for people to socialize and even baby gates which came in very handy for the little ones. The beach view was amazing, beds were comfortable and the place truly felt like home. We would definitely stay again as we found the house and amenities worth what we paid,

Absolutely worth it. Had 6 guests and we all had plenty of space. Beach access within a 2 minute walk, incredibly friendly neighbors and great places for food and clothes. Not too far from anything, plenty of hikes nearby and other beaches to visit for surfing. Loved it!!

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

Two blocks from the beach and beach access. Could see surf from large living room windows. Kitchen fully stocked with spices galore. Everything clean and neat. Best thing was Debra was quickly responsive when contacted. That was great. Very nice stay.

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.
