Our Little Beach House is a 1,546 sq. ft. beautiful new home built in June 2019 in Gleneden Beach (nestled between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay). Beach Access 3 minute walk at the end of our street. Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

MidMod Beach Retreat w/great View, 800ft to beach

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. Well behaved pets welcomed $50 fee. No Parties No smoking on property No unauthorized guests or pets

New Taft Retreat l Walk to Siletz Bay

Our newer, fully stocked condo is walkable to Siletz Bay, coffee, groceries, restaurants, Pelican Brewing, The Pines Dine, wine, parks and local attractions. The well-appointed cottage is family-run and conveniently located in the Historic Taft District, steps away from beach access. Stormy Bay Cottage has space to spare for your family in this two bedroom, two and a half bath cottage with a spacious loft. We know family also includes those with four legs so pets are welcome for a nominal cleaning fee. The deck and fenced yard are the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring all Lincoln City has to offer.

Unwind in the upper-deck hot tub, grill on the gas BBQ, or gather around the fire pit. Enjoy movie nights with a 77” OLED TV w/ surround sound and an additional 65” OLED TV. Dog-friendly (dogs only).
