Welcome to “SeaBreeze” – your relaxing home from home experience in Portstewart on the wonderful North Coast of Northern Ireland. We are located in a quiet street with green space which is safe for children. We are located within a few minutes’ drive of Portstewarts’ renowned promenade with its’ famous ice-cream, coffee shops and restaurants. We are also just under a mile from Portstewart’s famous blue flag beach where you can visit Harry’s Shack and enjoy your meal right on the beach. Portstewart’s championship golf links course is a two-minute drive from the house which is sure to appeal if you fancy a round of golf. The house is a two-minute walk from a Tesco supermarket, a diversity park for children and Flowerfield Arts Centre. The bustling shopping town of Coleraine and the Riverside Theatre are less than five minutes away. We are also less than a ten-minute drive from all of the attractions of neighbouring Portrush with its’ world class golf course and numerous restaurants. Other local attractions include the world-famous Giants’ Causeway as well as the Bushmills Distillery, the Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and the beautiful seaside town of Ballycastle where you can take the short boat trip to Rathlin Island. We are also less than half and hours’ drive from the beautiful beaches at Castlerock and Downhill, Mussenden Temple and the ferry ride to Donegal a few miles along the coast road at Magilligan Point. If you are using public transport an hourly coastal bus service is available within a few metres of the front door of the house and the train stations at Coleraine and Portrush are less than ten minutes away. Local amenities including the beach, shops, cafes and golf course are a 10 minute walk away. Local train and bus services operate regularly to Coleraine, Portrush, Londonderry and Belfast.

Ardinarive Lodge is a beautiful self catering house sitting on a hillside in the heart of the countryside, overlooking the Sperrin mountains. It is the perfect location for touring the North Coast, Londonderry/ Derry and Donegal. Benone beach is only 16 miles away and there are lots of local country/ forest parks to explore. The quaint town of Limavady is 6 miles away, and the lodge is easily accessible to Drenagh estate and the Roe Park hotel, perfect for guests attending weddings.

Hornhead Hot Tub Escape

If you are looking for a romantic getaway or somewhere you can relax and recharge, our property is ideal for you. We have breath taking views right from the doorstep, in a very scenic part of the countryside. We are just a short drive from Dunfanaghy with a number of beaches near by. Our private Hot Tub is included with unlimited use all year round to our guests. We have local recommendations in our guide book but we are available and happy to answer any queries you may have.

Bridget's- Donegal Town

Bridget's is a little two story cottage right beside our main house. It has two bedrooms; a double room on the ground floor and a twin room on the first floor. It has a spacious kitchen which has all the amenities guests should need during their stay. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower. Lastly the cosy sitting room is to the front of the house and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. Bridget's is 1 mile (1.8km) from the centre of Donegal Town.
