Artist's Retreat Guest House

The Artist's Retreat Guest House is a two-bedroom Craftsman bungalow in the Earlham College neighborhood that welcomes adults visiting our community of Richmond, Indiana. It features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library filled with art books, a garden, fine antiques, and works by regional and international artists. Sorry, but no children, pets, or smoking. We keep the house allergen-free and many of the art pieces are too fragile or heavy for the safety of children and animals.

Leader Loft

Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate. The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

Secluded Wooded Getaway w/ 2BR 2BA + Private Lake

Enjoy a weekend getaway at this cozy homestead nestled on 40 acres of wooded land with biking, hiking, walking trails and its very own stocked private lake & pedal boat. Second floor of an 1865 Tin shop, industrial building. High, open beam ceilings & exposed brick walls. Bathroom features a soaker tub plus a lux walk in shower. The kitchen features quartz counters, a large farmhouse sink, really nice appliances and thoughtful touches everywhere. The wifi is excellent. Have issues with stairs? This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.

Boho Bungalow off Main-one block from Lovely Park

This cozy bungalow was built in 1900 and is conveniently located right off Main Street & just one block from the Glenn Miller Park entrance. The bohemian decor throughout as well as the original wood details on the staircase & ceiling beams make for an unique setting. It’s centralized location is easy to find & access from any part of the city, and the off street parking is helpful as well.
