This beautifully designed and sympathetically restored barn conversion features many original features, and Rainbow House dates back to 1908 where it was an integral part of the town as Rainbow Farm providing a milking place for the local milk man Fred Rainbow. This lovely property is situated 2 minutes walk from Lutterworth town centre with various shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

The Dairy is an idyllic rural 3 bedroom barn conversion nestled in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside. The open plan living area comprises of kitchen, dining & lounge, great for socialising. The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

The Loft at Canbyfield, is a newly converted, self-contained, first-floor studio apartment and is located on an arable and livestock farm between the villages of Seagrave and Sileby. It enjoys a tranquil, rural setting where guests can enjoy watching and listening to a variety of wildlife and farming activities. We are well-placed for access to Leicester, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Nottingham. At Canbyfield, we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome and enjoyable stay for guests.

Spacious, character cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The Stable House, Aldaniti - beautiful conversion

The Stable Studios are the recently renovated wooden stables of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. There are three studios; each studio has a spacious double bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower room, a separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge and sliding doors out onto your own patio with wonderful open views over the local countryside and access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. This new beautiful, cosy, barn conversion. The barn has a well equipped kitchen/dining area with lounge and large 65inch smart TV. A master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite the second bedroom has an option of super king bed or 2 singles and a beautiful full bathroom with roll top bath and shower.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Victorian Barn

The Victorian Barn is a beautifully converted barn which provides a high standard of self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 guests. It is in a tranquil location amongst acres of arable farmland and wild flower margins. It can be easily accessed from the village of Theddingworth. Only 5minutes drive from the picturesque town of Market Harborough with a varied selection of restaurants, individual boutiques, award winning farm shop and covered market.
