Jacky was an extremely proactive, kind and graceful host. She made us feel right at home immediately and communicated effectively the entire time. She presented us with milk and other amenities upon our arrival and her partner Steve was also extremely friendly and welcoming. The place itself was clean, comfortable and made us feel all at home immediately. Everyone slept incredibly soundly, and Jacky was extremely nice about us coming home late in the night! Otley itself was a lovely, peaceful town and incredible to walk around on a sunny day. We will be coming back when we return to Otley.

A lovely little cottage which was squeaky clean. The bedrooms are downstairs below road level, meaning they are very quiet. I loved all the eco-friendly cleaning products and toilet roll they provided, and the nespresso coffee machine was a lovely touch! Just a 10min walk from the town centre. I would definitely return.

This air bnb is a Gem. We've already booked to come back! Suzanne and Ian are such kind and thoughtful hosts. The flat is so peaceful, clean, warm and comfortable, with lovely views of the garden - it has everything you need. The welcome hamper, milk and eggs are such a lovely welcome touch. The train station, bus stops, lovely walks, pubs, a cafe, and co-op mini supermarket are just a few mins walk away. This is a special find and we can't wait to come back!

We were particularly impressed at your thoughtfulness in leaving a welcome basket. Apart from the initial slight difficulty in access at the gate, once we had the fob, all was well. The showers were really good with a strong flow of water. Also, we were lovely and warm. The private parking was very useful. The flat is situated near the station, restaurants and takeaways and with easy access to the city centre. We would love to stay again should we return to York.

Carolyn’s place was clean and tidy, within walking distance (abt 10 mins) to the Shambles, numerous amenities nearby (M&S Food Hall and Morrisons) to get any daily necessities that you might need. Would definitely recommend her place anytime.

From the booking to the final departure, Clare was friendly and professional, the perfect host who made our stay enjoyable and easy. The flat was in a great location. Sainsbury’s is moments away, the city walls are not much further and its lofty position affords a great view. The flat itself is modern, neat and thoughtfully decorated and equipped - and the parking is secure. We loved York, Clare’s flat was the perfect base and Clare was personable and helpful throughout. No hesitation in recommending.

The flat is right in the middle of Marple town with good parking and a very safe feeling. The shops, restaurants and pubs are right on the doorstep. The king-size bed is very comfortable, the flat is very clean, a nice size for two people and it is dog friendly. There is lots to do in the surrounding area if you have a car, but as Marple also has a railway station it is not vital. Jane was very helpful all the way through the stay suggesting an excellent bakery / cafe directly across the street. We would highly recommend this place as somewhere to stay.

We had a great time at Zoe’s flat. It was absolutely beautiful with lots of lovely touches like fun games, interesting books and flapjack that we all enjoyed, plus everything we needed for our stay with easy, clear instructions. Thanks so much!

I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

Amazing venue, spacious living space which was appreciated by all. The children loved the toys they found and the adults enjoyed the grounds, Poole and table football. Kitchen facilities were excellent and we all fit around the dinner table with ease and comfort. If you need a special place for a group get together this is the place to go. So much better than a formulaic bland hotel. Thanks to the team.

Me and some of my family stayed here, and it was such a beautiful experience! From having all the right essentials to the amazing cinema room - which was more than utilised - this place had everything we needed. We also had a slight mishap with the temperature on the hot tub which I messaged the hosts about. Even though it was across the bank holiday weekend, I received a prompt response and a set of instructions that did the job in fixing the temperature! The scenery is beautiful with lots of lovely walking routes. Complements to the hosts 😊

We had a great stay at Tony’s. Ideal for travelling on your own or couple. Lovely kitchen, the sliding doors to the back garden/driveway is fantastic. I hadn’t read a message right in regards to parking in that area but once I realised Tony organised someone straight away to come and assist. We thought the location was ideal for what we had on while on our travels and when you were in the house you felt like you could actually be anywhere. Great stay, would recommend. Thanks again Tony!

As fabulous as expected. Ideal space for two couples, high spec accommodation with lots of room to relax . The kitchen is small if you intend to self cater but the facilities and equipment are excellent. We spent most of the time sat in the dining room watching the peacocks who wandered up to the window each day to be admired. Played tennis and walked into the nearby village along a public footpath 50 mins to a very good pub ( Dawnay Arms ) and evenings in the hot tub . Thoroughly enjoyed it, the host ( Lucy ) is onsite and is welcoming and supportive with communication without any intrusion . No hesitation recommending.

The house is beautiful, very clean, we had everything we needed. It is the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in on vacation.I would definitely recommend, the area is very beautiful.

From the minute we booked Ben kept us up to date wirh all info required. The Townhouse waa immaculate although the lounge diner area was a tad smaller than expected. Bedrooms are spacious and were spotless. But all in all a gorgeous property in a gorgeous area.

A great location near the A1, we were travelling North so this was an ideal, and very comfortable and spacious, place to stop enroute. We didn't realise until we got there that there are a great selection of places to eat and shop right on the doorstep too. The off street parking worked really well for us. We'll be back.

This beautiful apartment is just a short walk from the heart of York. We will definitely be staying again.

This is a lovely apartment that is well appointed. Andrea gets back to you should you need any information. It’s in a great location in the town and the town is the gateway to the Dales and within easy reach of many places. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this property

Lovely little holiday home . We stayed Sunday - Thursday . Kerry was lovely . Great communication any issues I just messaged Kerry . Lots of hot water very comfy beds . All kitchen things I needed to make meals. Stone flag floor in lounge kitchen so take your slippers! Very peaceful little nook. Thank you 🙏🏻

Really great stay, apartment was exactly as listed an was perfect for a famil stay over the weekend. The rooms had air con which made a big difference comfort wise. Location was great, an easily walkable into the centre, with great views of York Minster. All instructions and interactions with Rebbeca were great. Would happily recommend this for someone looking to stay!

Marian was a wonderful host, being flexible and giving good instructions. We loved the neighborhood that was very calm and friendly. The apartment was super clean and spacious and the perfect place to relax after sightseeing. We recommend!

Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance to York city. Richard met us on our first day, and we were able to check in sooner too. Excellent off street secure private parking.
