Visited with 5 friends for a relaxing one night stay. The pictures do not do the lodge justice, when exploring around the lodge it is a lot bigger inside than what it looks on the outside. 2 bathrooms which made it comfortable for all. We had a slight issue with the gas running out and Michael responded within a couple of minutes to fix it for us. Hot tub was beautiful and clean. Kitchen is big enough to make meals comfortable. Would highly recommend!

My family and I stayed Monday to Friday, fabulous site, the lodge was perfect for us and the staff really helpful. Lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean on arrival with plenty of fresh towels for both the hot tub and the shower. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was checked twice daily, so felt assured the hot tub was clean and safe to use. James was responsive and helpful when messaged. There was a lovely walk nearby too. The space felt peaceful and private.

Actually deserves to be 6 stars ❤️👌 We stayed here for a mini-honeymoon and couldn't have been happier with it. It's an absolutely beautiful lodge in a fantastic location. Vicky was extremely helpful and responsive to our emails and went above and beyond when I asked for a little extra for our arrival, with lovely personal touches.

The lodge was homely and as advertised. It was immaculately clean and we loved the extra touch’s that made our stay relaxing The area was lovely and so beautiful. The outdoor area around the lodge was private while still overlooking the gorgeous views of the fields. Rachael was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had.

We had the most amazing time staying here. The accommodation was lovely and the location is perfect for going on walks. Emma was an amazing host and we had lovely time meeting all the lambs.

From the moment we arrived we totally fell in love - gorgeous views, peaceful location and the hot tub experience was to die for. The place had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable - yes including the beds! Mandy was super friendly and very prompt in her responses - overall 10/10 - do it!

Ideal little get away. I ended up going on my own and needed a quiet retreat. It is close enough to others that I didn't feel isolated, but wasn't bothered at all whilst there. Lovely spot looking over the lake and the fields beyond and a cosy cabin. Pretty much everything I needed, thank you for the welcome pack. I would agree that a stove top would be useful in the kitchenette. Hot water pressure is also very low. Great for the dog, but be aware if you bring dogs, that the area is not fully fenced and there is livestock around. Will definitely be returning, thank you 😊

We arrived early and parked up at the lodge at Ashley was just finishing the clean so we had chance to meet and had a lovely chat about the park and lodge. We left here to it as we had booked for lunch at the Gamekeepers and the staff were super friendly the cask ales (Tetley's, Saltaire Blonde & Timothy Taylor Best and Landlord) were all in excellent condition and always helps when staff know how to pull a good pint. Open sandwiches were our choice and both were excellent and fresh. The allocated seating for dog owners was very pleasant. The site is fantastic, lots of open spaces for our labradoodle to explore. Then to the lodge and it did when it said on the tin, lovely layout, comfy beds, exceptional showers and end of a cul de sac elevated location meant zero traffic and the very occasional pedestrian taking a stroll. We are coming back as its simple location location to visit the Dales.

We had a great stay. Great location with lots to do nearby. The park itself has a nice pub with great food and a playground in beer garden. The lodge is a great place to stay. Clean and has everything you need. Hosts were great at communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again

We have just stayed in Amanda and Gerry’s beautiful Airbnb and it completely exceeded our expectations. It’s even better than the pictures show online. It’s such a picturesque place and so peaceful. The annex was clean and cosy and well thought out. The hot tub area was out of the way and private at the bottom of a beautiful garden. They have a trampoline for the kids to play on also which they loved. The hosts couldn’t have been any better, so friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations to help us enjoy our stay even more. Such lovely people. We have to say we loved it so much we are thinking about returning soon. Thank you again Gerry and Amanda for a wonderful stay :)

A long awaited break and worth every minute. Quiet, pet friendly, walks from the site available, so for a short break, plenty to do in the area without having to go far.

Mobile signal a little patchy as was wifi but this was already indicated so no surprise. Home was clean and tidy and had all we desired for the 2 nights booked. Not there to fish but wish we had as looked great and was so quiet and beautiful. No complaints, thank you Amanda and to Tony who met us.

Idilc Getaway - Felt homely. Short walk (<15min) from Station and Centre of Marsden. Great Café across the canal. Not awfully secluded, lots of walkers passing by. While no balcony like others, made up for by big spacious windows. Space for Car Parking on site. Pre-made Fire and Flowers are lovely touches, besides very minor cleaning oversights that didn’t interfere, great place, sleeping 4 would be a squeeze for 1

Great place to stay, peaceful, quiet and a nice neigbourhood. Richard is a great host. Only thing i can say is it would be great to have a list of things you may need to bring yourself as the pod does not provide everything. Apart from that an amazing stay and fantastic pods.

This was our second visit, previously staying in Aug 2023, to this caravan and once again we had a very pleasant stay. We arrived to find a bottle of Prosecco and an Easter egg for our little boy - a small touch of kindness. A homely ambience allows for a relaxing stay with a light airy lounge, kitchen, shower, cosy bedroom and a spare bedroom (with two beds that can be pushed together) and all the necessary household appliances and kitchen utensils to ensure that everything you need is provided for a lovely stay. The area of Scotton itself is a beautiful village in a rural community with excellent links to larger towns and cities. The Guy Fawkes Arms is a wonderful pub that does fantastic food and is well worth a visit. A great place for couples or a small family situated in a picturesque area where all your needs and much more are provided for.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Little Parish Rooms. Martin was a great host and gave us clear instructions on how to get there and recommendations for walks and pubs for food. The cabin was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed including a fantastic selection of breakfast items, which was much appreciated. The location was ideal not far from York in a lovely area with walks on the doorstep into a quiet nature reserve. We would fully recommend a stay here we loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return.

Een prachtige plek midden in de natuur. Mooi en slim ingerichte woning met werkelijk alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. En leuke verwenelementen, zoals een ruim welkomstpakket aan eten, grote, dikke handdoeken en een supergoed uitgeruste keuken. Julia was er om ons te verwelkomen en weer om ons uit te zwaaien. Tussendoor reageerde ze snel en vriendelijk op een bericht van ons met een vraagje. Zo veel mooie wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt en leuke dorpjes. ALles ziet er extra mooi uit in de lente en toevallig hadden we ook geweldig weer. Zeer aan te raden!

We had a lovely stay at Nicky's cabin. Very cosy with the wood burner and set in beautiful surroundings. Very easy access to various towns, walks and attractions even via public transport. The very friendly neighbourhood cat came to say hello and look for a fuss most days which was an unexpected highlight!

I booked the chalet for my boyfriend's birthday in the hope of having a quiet, relaxing weekend and it exceeded our expectations. The interior is stunning with a peaceful vibe and has everything that you could need. We even managed to cook a Sunday roast with all the cooking equipment provided! We loved the small details including the sound systems where we could constantly have music on throughout the Chalet. Jemma and Dan made it feel very homely and the fresh loaf of sour dough was a lovely touch. We would highly recommended a stay in this gorgeous place!

When we turned up we were greeted and taken to the cabin to check in. Rias father was very helpful and made us feel very welcome, everything was explained to us and anything we should need we just had to ask. We absolutely loved our stay, it was such a cosy cabin and very much needed for some time away, it was in a lovely peaceful area and just a short drive away to the local shops and restaurants 😀 We will certainly book to stay here again. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was absolutely spotless and amenities were great. The location was superb and just a 5 minute walk in to Upper Mill. Nicholas was very friendly and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay again.
