Your suite is located at the rear of our home in a quiet semi-rural area - less than 5 minutes from supermarkets, food outlets, and coffee shops. We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. Discounted longer stays. A bbq is available on the deck. We have a small dog and a cat. The room has a private entrance. Undercover parking and washing machine on request

Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

You will love our Very private Modern 2 bedroom fully self contained Bungalow set on rural acres surrounded by spacious lawn, shade trees & sugar cane on Palmers Island. Only 10 mins drive to beautiful Yamba, famous for its stunning Surf Beaches & Coastal Walks just 2 mins to the mighty Clarence River & 5 mins to Coles for shopping. We are only 5 mins drive from the Pacific Highway if your looking for a couple of nights stop with the comforts of home while travelling North or South.

Studio style living, Rural area close to Grafton

The flat is a separate dwelling from the main house on a small Farmlet 7-10 minutes from the centre of Grafton. Features include a washing machine, smart Tv, fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited wi-fi, pillow top mattress’s and quality sheets. Lots of space to park boats, trucks or tool trailers. It is very unlikely anything will be stolen or vandalised where we are. Inside, the flat is an open plan layout with the two sleeping spaces being separated by a wall.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Pecan Palms log house is positioned next to the sandy bottomed Orara river, known for Bass fishing and crystal clear waters making it the ideal location to fish, canoe and swim. If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.
