Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!

Oak St. Cottage with outdoor cedar sauna is a newly renovated urban oasis centrally located in Southeast Portland just steps from Restaurant Row, Whole Foods, Tri-Met Bus and Laurelhurst Park. Set back from the main house, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the modern cottage offers easy access to all Portland has to offer. When you are ready to relax, the private outdoor sauna and shower are waiting for you. We take great care to clean and sanitize the cottage.

Our one bedroom cottage is completely private, accessible by a separate walkway, and has an outdoor patio. Extra time was spent choosing finishes and creating a modern, comfortable, and light-filled space. You’ll find everything you need for a weekend in Portland, or a long-term stay. We’ve outfitted a full kitchen, full bathroom with luxurious tub and plush towels, a bedroom with a queen mattress and soft bedding, washer and dryer, and lots of extra touches.

Pet Friendly Private ADU for work and play!

A cozy, pet-friendly basement ADU with full kitchen and big renovated bathroom. Our sought after neighborhood is centrally located and within walking distance to amazing restaurants and parks. It’s a lovely community with friendly neighbors as well. Expect to hear our family peacefully going about our daily living, but know that we go to bed early! We are outdoor enthusiasts and foodies and are happy to provide information on our local haunts.

This attic apartment features hand-painted retro wall details and three skylights for plenty of natural light even on grey winter days. Our cozy loft embodies the funky, creative vibe found in Southeast Portland and is a stone's throw from all the entertainment that the Hawthorne district has to offer.

Laurelhurst English Cottage

Please be fully vaccinated before arrival. You will have the entire recently finished basement, including a large bed room, a media room and a private bathroom. New Queen Bed, bureaus and space for hanging clothes. There is a private entrance on the driveway side. If I am in town, you are welcome to use the kitchen and backyard. There is a wonderful deck under a large walnut tree in the back yard.

Cozy Portland Studio Apartment

The space is a well appointed, comfortable studio apartment. It is an ADU at the back of the main house. All the amenities that one would desire are provided (wifi, internet, TV, washer & dryer, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, AC, cooking utensils, etc., etc). It is also very modern and clean, with a private entrance and keyless entry. Close to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

Hawthorne Haven-Full kitchen, bathroom, & laundry

Our 400 sqare foot fully furnished studio is tucked away in the popular Hawthorne area of SE Portland. Less than 10 min drive to downtown, with a walk score of 91 and a bike score of 99, the neighborhood is quiet but allows access to everything including groceries, dining, shopping, and entertainment. We are within walking distance to many of the most popular establishments in Portland.
