Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für den täglichen Bedarf befindet sich ebenfalls nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Der Millstätter See ist in sieben Gehminuten erreichbar.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
