Come and climb a mountain or jump in a lake, and then return to rest in this clean and comfortable cabin-like home. We have one exterior Ring camera doorbell, by the front door, which detects motion, records audio and video. This notifies hosts of packages and guests arrival. Guests may ring host for help checking in.

The '49 House on Bullion Street was built in 1949 is located in a perfect downtown location of Mariposa. This a private home with three (3) private bedrooms for you and your guests only. There are no additional fees. All are complimentary. This house let's you experience some of the nostalgia that makes Mariposa such a great place to stay. The house is cozy with original wood floors, doors and hardware with modern amenities that guests need for a great and comfortable stay.

We understand the importance of staying Healthy that’s why we use 40-80 First Defense (Hospital Grade/ Covid 19 DISINFECTANT plus Clorox Clean up bleach DISINFECTANT after each guest to ensure not to spread any illnesses or Diseases! We are also equipped with a fully automatic whole house propane generator.
