This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

You’ll experience panoramic views of the water from the living room and on our wraparound deck; perfect for whale and orcas viewing in the summer, enjoying the sunset, water features and wildlife. There are 2 separate homes on this 1-acre property that share a yard and swimming pool. Each rental has their own private hot tub. Pets are welcome & the yard is mostly fenced. A portion of every rental is donated to help save the elephants.
