Occoquan is a small yet vibrant riverfront town, located 20 miles south of Washington, DC with 80+ small & family owned businesses including award-winning restaurants

Just 30 minutes to vibrant DC and close to everything in the Lake Ridge area where you’re just a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, Giant grocery store and a many other shopping and restaurant options. Please note basement unit is a private residence and has a private entrance. Please let us know exactly how many guest will be arrive. No infants, No kids , No pets.

Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.
