I have stayed at several properties in downtown Hot Springs and this place is definitely one of my favorites. Fantastic location to walk downtown area and great value for the quality of property.

Great AIR BNB we will definitely stay here again!!! Very clean easy to get to safe and communication about the stay was so easy, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. PS If you need an iron for clothes bring your own there is not one there and there aren't closet poles in a few of the closets the master does have a pole to hang your clothes. Everything else was perfect!

Will definitely be staying at Jessica's place again if I'm in the area she was super helpful and responsive if I needed anything place was nice and quiet for me in the evenings after work.

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

I have stayed in some pretty nice AirBNBs however, this one was the best. First off, thr kitchen AMAZING! You have everything you need! They go above and beyond to put a basket of anything you might have forgotten in toiletries, and I thought it was so nice because if you're like me 99 percent of the time I forget the little things! The view is great, its peaceful, and close to everything. My husband and I had a great time this weekend and will definitely be back. James is also very responsive and if you have any issues he's on top of it to take care of you. thanks again for a great stay!

John is an excellent host. He is so kind and responsive. He even helped me sort out an issue with my trailer hitch, which wS great because then I got to know him a bit better. He’s created a very homey space either everything you might need. Bonus points for the incredible early morning Spring bird calls.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Responsive hosts that were very accommodating of us and our dogs. On one or two occasions we were able to hear walking upstairs but they were not during the night or morning. Overall I highly recommend

The house was just as we expected. It’s centrally located to our activities for the weekend. We had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Eric was a great host. Communicated quickly and efficiently whenever something came up. Like letting us know ahead of time the bad flooding in Arkansas had damaged the dock and offered a full refund if we chose to go somewhere else. The house was just as described and the whole family loved the hot tub, pool table, and nice porch sitting. Also very well furnished, and good central location to Hot Springs. The neighborhood coming in was a little sketchy, but the house is up and away from it so we never felt in danger or bothered. Great overall experience and would recommend.

OUR SECOND STAY AT DONNA’S PROPERTY ON OUR ANNUAL OAKLAWN TRIP. GREAT LOCATION TO THE RACES, EASY ACCESS TO FOOD AND SHOPPING. HOUSE IS MASSIVE WITH NICE DECK AND GRILL. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

We had such a great weekend at Michael’s place! The condo was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being right on Lake Catherine was awesome — the views were beautiful and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Michael was really easy to work with and made everything simple. We’d definitely stay here again!

There were 5 of us staying (annual family get-together) for Kentucky Derby weekend. The location was perfect. We were close to Oaklawn, restaurants, shopping, and other activities. The house was spotless and welcoming. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Fascinating house on the hill in a great location. Lots of places to be, indoors and out. There are 2 beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and 2 futons in high bunks that adults would have a hard time accessing. Quick walk to Bathhouse Row.

Quick trip to Glenwood. We were glad to stay in the area. The house was just what we needed.

Nick's condo was a great for our weekend getaway! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing in the spring weather. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We hope to visit again.

Amazing views right from the patio! The host was super responsive and very nice. It is off the main roads so perfect if you’re looking for something private and serene. Just be sure to grab what you need before heading in to this area because it’s there aren’t a lot of street lights on the way in there. There are stairs so travel light. Smile. The place was so pretty. It was wonderfully decorated and they even left a few snacks out too. Saving this one as a return spot for sure. Nice!

The condo was clean and gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was a very calm and peaceful area close to everything in Hot Springs. We loved it and we had a great trip.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The pictures don't do it justice. A very relaxing environment and beautifully decorated. The balcony was large and felt very private. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay here!

We came to celebrate our 33rd anniversary! The place did not disappoint. Very clean and nice. We’ll definitely plan to come again!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

We had such a great time staying in Carrie’s place and she was extremely accommodating. It’s so close to everything you would want to see without being smack dab in the middle of the tourist area. We wanted to try squeezing in a trip to the bath houses the last morning we were there unaware of how long it would take and Carrie gave us a couple hours extra to check out which we really appreciated.

Great cozy place with a beautiful view. Perfect for 2 w/ or w/o dog. Right at the lake. Parking directly in front of the condo. Close to shopping, restaurants and about 10 min from downtown Hot Springs. Danny was helpful and responded immediately. Great place to have a nice trip. We'll be back
