A beautiful location and a perfect home for a large group. Our gathering of nine had plenty of room to spread out and we all appreciated the wonderful hot tub. Nearby Fox Lake offers a nice selection of restaurants and places to shop. It seems like this place is six minutes from everywhere. We greatly enjoyed our long weekend and hope to stay there again.

Zach was very responsive and helpful with our last minute planning. The property is exactly as indicated in the photos and was very clean. Even in the winter, the lake view was exactly what we needed … very relaxing and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you, Zach, for all your help! one thing that has nothing to do with the host or the house itself … google maps has a difficult time routing you to this property … Waze is a better option. Getting to the property by turning on Gibson from the main road is a much better option and provides a more clear route. You won’t regret a stay at this property!

We looked at a few other places but are so glad we chose Monica's lakehouse. It's simply gorgeous, close to everything and well laid out with so much space. Our whole group loved it, and my mom and kids said it was their favorite AirBNB ever. It's near everything and honestly worth every penny. We played pool, cooked every day, rented the hot tub, took walks in the snow with our dog, and even went snow tubing at Wilmot. The whole house is recently updated, and just the perfect place for a large family. Monica even helped us with a Christmas tree and decorations, and groceries and shopping are just down the street. We also loved Antioch Pizza, which delivered super fast. There was everything we could possibly need for our winter holiday. We plan to come back in the summer now, to check out those kayaks and fully enjoy the lakefront Boathouse

We are repeat guests & hope to continue this tradition. We love Gary's place and now with a remodeled kitchen & bathroom - even better. This is a home feel house - like your friends own it & allow you to stay there (its not a hotel) and this is why we love it. We are thankful for them & respect their home. We cook most of the meals while we are there and love the layout and amenities of the kitchen. The kitchen, living room and back yard make for wonderful gathering spaces and the bedrooms make for great retreats away from everyone. The location on the lake is perfect for us - it allows us access out to the busy of the chain but its not right in front of us. We relax off the dock, fish off the dock and have dogs that love being able to walk into the lake. We bring a boat so being able to dock at the house is perfect for us as well. Very much recommend Gary's place for much needed getaway in comfort and serenity.

We had an incredible time at Mark’s place! The photos definitely matched the actual house and from the moment you walk in you feel right at home. Mark had provided all of the mentioned amenities and then some, and provided personal touches and local recommendations. We visited in the off season, and are hopeful to return in the summer to take more advantage of the outdoor activities around. Definitely recommend!!

We had a short 3 night weekday getaway at Baileys place while we were having windows installed in our home. We enjoyed both the quiet location and the lake view. A Unique house style. Bailey was a pleasant and responsive host.

Amanda was a great host. Everything was exactly like the description. Communication was clear and easy. I would recommend this property.

Sonja’s house was a blessing! It was a peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings. We stayed there while our house was being fixed up after a burst pipe. This rental had all the amenities of home and more! Lots of space for the family and pets alike! Sonja is friendly and warm. The views are amazing .

I loved the home , our stay was very nice and peaceful experience being. The host was very kind and flexible with our needs ! Very happy with our stay !

great place and I loved being able to bring our dogs. they loved the gated yard to run around in while we chilled in the hot tub. we'd love to visit sometime in the summer to check out more of the lake activities.

This was our second visit to Amanda’s and just like the first time, it left my boys with fun memories. We will be back next summer.

Every year we visit Cypress there are more improves and amenities. Always a great stay and so much to do. Amanda and her team run this place like a well oiled machine. We visit once in the winter and once or twice in the summer. A favorite for sure.

The Cabin was super cute and just as described. Every time I reached out with a question or request, Amanda responded promptly and helpfully. Would definitely book again.

The place was great! Once we arrived the jacuzzi was ready for us, we had an issue with leaking dishwasher but David was quick to respond and help us! Great location, highly recommend!

The place was beautiful. The house is a bit old but we didn’t mind it, it made it feel homey in a way. My friends and I loved the hot tub, would love to come back again.

Will definitely be recommending to any family or friends that want a waterfront getaway! Robyn and Tim were fantastic hosts and welcoming from the very second we stepped out of the car. The location of the property makes you feel secluded but also part of the lake life experience of the "Chain" all at the same time. Friends nearby had no trouble picking us up from the private pier for a boat ride, and Robyn also offered up use of the kayaks right away. The only thing I would change was how much time we were able to stay at the cabins and utilize the fire pit/beach/deck/etc. Need a stay in the future!

This place is truly a hidden gem, and I’m glad I came across it! From the onset hosts Tim & Robin were very responsive + friendly. The listing photos match the cabin truly was a lakeside escape that I needed, it met all my needs and then some! The only slightly downside I noticed was, and it’s a natural occurrence than can be treated was the sulfur smelling water - only mostly noticeable during the shower, maybe my sensitive nose. Everything else was a A+ rating! The deck was amazing and blew me away - I made it a mission to wake up at sunrise and have coffee on the dock that overlooks the lake. They have many open great spaces, seating, plenty of photo op moments, comfy bed. I actually was happy to meet and greet Tim + Robin - both were friendly and gave helpful area recommendations (Stade’s Farm!). They have created a nice lake escape and one I will make efforts to return in the future! Fall or summer this place has lots to offer, and very peaceful but also near attractions.

Hosts were very nice, they did a special thing for Valentine’s Day that I asked for (actually, they did more then I was expecting!). Communication was very good and they were very attentive to everything. I love it and I’m definitely going back on summer!

This was a great cozy getaway for the holidays. With only a few cabins in the hideaway it was very peaceful. The lake view was serene! The cabin was the perfect quaint size, the bed was comfy, the area was quiet, very peaceful. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would rent here again.

If you’re looking for a corner of Heaven don’t go any further.. this place is something incredible! So calm, relaxing, peaceful.. the only noises you’ll hear will be squirrels and birds, and adorable ducks on the shore of the lake. The cabin had everything and it was perfect; comfy bed, comfy pillows, comfy couch! Tim and Robin had been the best host ever, so helpful, kind and smiling all the time.. they gave us advices, helped us with the campfire and chatted nicely on the porch of our cabin. I wish we had a longer vacation ❤️
