The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. MAXIMUM PARKING: 2 cars. Additional parking will be provided on request. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All Cottage Décor, Flatware, Dishes, Catering Items, Trays, etc... Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, Dryer, Garbage, Recycling, Cleaning supplies, Fire extinguisher LIVING ROOM: Gas Fireplace, HDTV60", Xfinity; HBO, Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), DVD/Blu Ray Player, Selection of DVD's. MAIN BEDROOM: Queen Tempur- Pedic Cloud adjustable bed with wireless remote, Luxury bedding. 2nd BEDROOM: Full bed, Pillow top, Luxury bedding. BATHROOM: Spa tub, Yummy... Soaks and Soaps, Fluffy towels, Hair Dryer, Shampoo. OUTDOOR SPACE: Three outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Fobes Hill Cottage - Snohomish

Welcome! The cottage is on 5 acres in farm country and is only 1.7 miles from the historic town of Snohomish. Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

Welcome to the Ole' Treehouse Mill! Come see forest critters, and mountain views from this one of a kind getaway! I dedicated a year to reclaiming this structure from a mill previously located near Seattle that was set to be demolished to make room for high density housing. Not only did I wish to save this building, I wanted to create a peaceful and romantic place where lasting memories would be made. As the cities grow, I believe special places like this become more important.

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. She is built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. After spending a day exploring one of the nearby epic hiking trails, you'll be rewarded by a relaxing soak in the riverside hot tub or a board game with friends by the fire.

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.
