Kyoto: aluguel por temporada de flats

My friend and I had a great time staying at Oguri Airbnbs. Almost every amenities you could think of, he has. This was our most favorite and memorable stay during our whole trip! Thank you Oguri for being so kind and welcoming. We tried one of the ramen places he recommended and it was honestly the best one we’ve had! We can’t stop thinking about it. Below is my friend’s review for Oguri’s place: Oguri was very communicative and welcoming. After we settled in, he told us about his favorite places to eat nearby which were banger options. This is the place that has everything you may need. Even things you didn’t know you’d need and thought you wouldn’t need until its time to use it, haha. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Near train stations for an easy commute. Great convenience stores nearby for a quick breakfast. Almost felt like your own home! Wished there were more guidelines regarding trash because I definitely got confused sometimes, but to each their own. Would love to stay.

First time staying here but have stayed at other Airbnbs by Oguri, who is an excellent host and always responsive. The place is easy to find, the building has a door code and the unit has a door code which made it easy to get in and out. Unfortunately you get a bit of traffic noise from outside because it’s next to a busy road. But the beds were super comfortable, full size kitchen with fridge and freezer. Has a washer but no dryer, but provides drying hangers. Everything was as described.

This was my second time booking Oguri-sama's listing and everything went so smoothly just as the first visit! This time, I stayed in room 204 which is good for 1 person or a couple. The apt I stayed in was nicely decorated.. the bed was so comfortable, I had a hard time waking up to go explore 😫 -The location is wonderful and it's near the train station, restaurants, and market.. Every thing on the listing is accurate. If you need other amenities like coffee or tea, you can grab more things in the hallway as well. In addition, Oguri-sama is a great host and is great at communicating! Don't forget to say hi to him when u see him downstairs! Misc Tip: There's no elevator, just stairs leading up to the 2nd floor, so if you have someone in your party that has difficulties using the stairs, it may not be for you. -There's a washing machine in the individual apts. but no dryer— hang it overnight and it would be dry the next day, not a big deal at all!

It was a nice place to stay in with a cozy room. We had enough space for luggage which was very convenient. No need for an adapter, there are already USB inputs next to the beds available for charging ur phone, which is amazing . Would stay here again thank you :)

This was a comfortable place, perfect for two people. It’s conveniently located near public transportation, which made it easy for us to get around and explore Kyoto. A solid choice for anyone visiting the city!

This is one of the best places we’ve found through Airbnb. Everything is as described. The size of the apartment is perfect for two adults and one child - European standards. The kitchen is just what we need for a light breakfast/lunch. The level of cleanliness was one of the best we have ever seen. The location is perfect, close to the metro, train station and several bus stops. The communication through the application was perfect, only at the reception there was a nice Japanese girl who was struggling a bit with her English but she was very kind and helpful. Overall great Japanese experience and would definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful week in Kyoto and I am sure this hotel was a big part of that experience.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in

The beautiful and comfortable Homestay and heat dry clothes bathroom that I like a lot but if you are using JR , the nearest is JR train station is Enmachi then use JR bus. it’s quite far from the JR bus stop. Better use city bus.

楼下有一颗非常大的樱花树！虽然距离地铁还有段距离，但是路过了几个公园里也非常多樱花树。值得一提的是，九条这边沿着鸭川也有非常多的樱花树，人也特别少。房间很大，环境感觉很新，就是隔音特别不好，感觉有人一直在楼上跑动。

部屋が清潔で整頓されており、非常に快適に過ごせました。 サウナはチェックイン時から電源が入っており、チェックインしてすぐに入ることができて最高でした。 また泊まりたいです。

Benedict was very responsive to our message. Since this was our first time to Kyoto, we missed the train and took the wrong bus, causing us unable to reach the airbnb for check in on time. Benedict was so patient and was even worried about us and asked whether we are OK and reminded us to be cautious coming back. It was easy to locate the airbnb as it was registered and can be found easily on maps. The house was clean, with all the complete amenities such as washer, dryer, microwave and so on. Rooms are spacious and we were comfortable staying there. As for the location, the nearest bus station is within 5 minutes walking distance. It will take some transit time to travel from the bus station to transfer to the train station. It is a peaceful neighbourhood. Other than that, everything is good. Benedict has even provided a huge map on the wall, full of recommendations and places to go for our references. Thank you again for hosting us.

Great Guesthouse, highly recommended. The place has all you need inside, including washing machine with dryer. And Benedict is a great host(doesn't speak perfect english, but good enough to understand with guests), he helped us with sending baggages to Tokyo, using Yamato. The location is near some good restaurants, bus stations, great supermarkets around, but the street could be a little noisy(not big noise) from time to time. A little strange that you need to take the shoes off at the entrance, but that's the rule in a wooden hoise, so it's understandable. So great guesthouse, I am recommending it and I will comeback. Moments walk (10-20) to the tourist sites. Comfortable stay and excellent customer service with daily towel changes. Comfortable bed with quality linens. The bathroom was spotless and excellent shower pressure before a relaxing bath. A tad bit of street noise (cars) from main road; however, the balcony facing the main road had double doors for sound proofing. Kitchen included basics. Great stay!

京都四条からのアクセスが良い。部屋には4つ2段ベットがあるが、若干上段のベッドは上りにくい。男女混合の部屋であるが、シャワーは部屋の中にある。

GWの時期だったので、もっと高いと覚悟していたのですが思ったよりも安くて驚きました。空きがなかったので男女共用ドミトリーを使いましたが、各ベットが分厚いカーテンで仕切られており、プライバシーも守られています。また、カーテンのお陰で、他の人が部屋の電気をつけても眩しくないので、就寝中に明るくて目が覚めることもありませんでした。また、男女共用のドミトリーということで、通常女性限定のドミトリーよりもシャワールームが汚いと感じることが多いのですが、ここはとても清潔に保たれており、不快感を覚えることはありませんでした。受付の方の日本語も完璧で驚きました。チェックイン時間に遅れそうだったのですが、メッセージ機能を使ってセルフチェックインの仕方も教えてくださり安心しました。 仕事で1泊しただけで、時間もなかったのでキッチンは使っていませんし、他の方とコミュニケーションを取る時間もなかったのですが、連泊しても安心な宿だと感じました。ありがとうございました。
