This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Pješice možete doći do restorana ,marketa i caffe bara. Vila se prostire na više od 500m2 okućnice i 130 m2 kuće. U privatnom vrtu nalazi se bazen s vanjskim tušem, roštilj s vrtnom garniturom i vanjski stol .Cijela kuća klimatizirana je i ima besplatan wi-fi priključak.
