Sastoji se od dvije sobe, kuhinje, kupaone i velike terase. U dvorištu je parkirno mjesto, roštilj i vanjski tuš. U blizini je dućan, caffe bar i restoran.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartmanu pripadaju i dva natkrivena parkirna mjesta.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Lokvić 2 - on a peaceful location near the sea

Apartment Lokvić 2 is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday, near the sea. It can accommodate up to 3 people and consists of a kitchen with dining room, one triple bedroom and a bathroom. It has a covered balcony with a partial sea view and guests have a barbecue in the yard of the house at their disposal. The apartment is well-equipped, air-conditioned, and a private parking space is provided. Your pet is also welcome in this apartment!

My place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, the beach, nightlife, public transport. You’ll love my place because of The view, , the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).Apartment is located in the city center 10 m from the see. The entrance to the building is from the back .The address is "Frankopanski trg 3". The apartment is located on the third floor.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
