Very nice accommodation. Lovely staff.. lovely food.. lovely view

We went there in February, literally picked up on a night before travel. And did we have an amazing surprise awaiting us. This place is like a beautiful island surrounded by the most beutiful mountain lake in India. The chilly wind with sunny weather and no traces of city life brought peace and tranquility flowing in all by itself. In terms of phone network, only JIO seems to work, and that also had issues. But we were more than happy to stay off the grid in this magical island.

Best experience, nice people, good food, Good place to unwind and relax to be in with friends and family, home away home, very well decorated, good Indian and traditional breakfast at roof top. Very polite and helping staff. While going to sula we also visited their other property samudra resort as it was nearby just adjacent to the river liked the location next time will definitely come again nd stay at the resort.

Nice stay for a weekend getaway from Mumbai. Quaint place if you just want to chill away from the city's hustle.

Loved the stay at TMF. We booked the biggest room Parijat and the interiors, design and aesthetics were breath taking. The staff is very courteous and the food is amazing and homely. The amenities are great too. Certain parts of the property is still under construction. Would love to visit again once it's done!

The property is on a hillock with forests. Early morning walks can reward you with the sound of lovely birdsong from myriad birds and the sights of peacocks, rabbits and monkeys, along others. The rooms are very clean. The deck outside the rooms, especially those on the first floor, let you enjoy uninterrupted views and lots of breeze. The food is simple, homely and full of local flavors and ingredients. But all this is not what made the stay special. We felt like guests in their household and absolutely loved interacting with Sushil Prachiti and their wonderful kids. This property is their labour of love and it shows in their little personal touches all across. Sushil had lots of interesting stories of how they braved the odds to get it where it is today. Hats off to the hard work and resilience! All in all, we had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Sushil and Prachiti!

The views are beautifully serene with a touch of bali/Thailand vibes. Rooms are also very hygienic and well maintained. Really enjoyed the balcony area, its really connected to the nature, just be aware to not leave the doors to the balcony open when you go out. Overall, i would gladly visit again as im already missing the sea views.

Really nice location, walking distance from the beach and lots of cafes and eateries around. The place was clean with a helpful staff, lush greenery around. Everything was great except the wifi which was patchty. Anyways would definitely recommend

Overall it was a great experience. I went with my family and we had a nice time. The place met our expectations as we wanted a peaceful outing for a day. Nagaon beach is very close and there are shops for all basic amenities. The pool was not so clean but caretaker Shiva was propmt to clean it quickly once we requested. Shiva and others were really helpful to attend to all our needs. Special mention to the cook who provided delicious food. Will definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful gateaway for couple of days. Only place in the neighborhood with a okay pool and inhouse cook which is essential.

This is my second time staying at Sim’s place. She is responsive and kind. Thanks to Aftab, the caretaker at the place. They are a kind and approachable bunch with a ‘can be done’ attitude. That’s what you need when you are at a vacation and want to just relax. Thank you to the staff and the host for being so accommodative! ♥️

Great location near the beach and plenty of cafes, restaurants nearby. With a scooter it’s not far to other really nice beaches in north goa. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It’s was so nice having a duvet and aircon! Highly recommend staying here, great value for money. The staff were always so helpful and kind , we felt at home.
