Unsere Aufenthakt war super schön bei Heidemarie! Sie war super lieb, hilfsbereit und sehr flexibel. sie ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr nett, für unseren Aufenthalt genau das richtige. Preisleistung ist nicht zu toppen! Danke für alles! Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Ronja war stets erreichbar und hat sich rasch gekümmert. Z.B. war das Licht im Bad defekt, das hat sie gewechselt. Eine Jalousie lies sich nicht runterlassen, auch hier hat sie sich rasch um Reparatur gekümmert. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir noch einen Toaster und Sparschäler. Der Whirlpool war anscheinend noch nicht einsatzbereit. Die Herdplatten sind ausreichend, allerdings reagiert das Touchpad nicht mehr gut, auch der Ofen benötigt lange zum Aufheizen. Das Haus war sehr schön. Die Aussicht, traumhaft, besonders abends, wenn die Berge langsam in der Dunkelheit verschwinden, sehr schönes Panorama. Der Garten ist auch sehr groß und bietet viel Möglichkeit sich zu bewegen. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Zudem bot er schöne Verstecke für die Osternester. Ronja war sehr aufmerksam und hat für unsere Kinder 5 Osternester vorbereitet.

Alloggio stupendo, facile da raggiungere camere molto ampie con il proprio bagno, l’host Ana, super disponibile. La zona molto tranquilla è perfetta per passare del tempo in compagnia di amici, la sauna a disposizione ottima per rilassarsi.

wir waren von grund auf begeistert vom Uferhäuschen, die lage war absolut perfekt, und das highlight war die nähe zum Fluss Gail. würden sofort wieder kommen 🤗

Wir waren zwei Familien mit 8 Personen (Kindern von 3 und 5 Jahren). Es gab reichlich Platz für alle. Für die Kinder gab es eine Nestschaukel, Kletterwand und Spiele für draußen und drinnen. Der Pool war warm und größer als erwartet. Es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten in Sonne und Schatten und großen Esstisch drinnen und draußen. Einen gemauerten Grill draußen haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, die Bäder großzügig, Schrankraum reichlich. Die Mülltrennung war vorbildlich. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen befindet sich fußläufig mit einer kurzen Gehstrecke an der Straße in dem kleinen wenig touristischen Ort. Wanderungen sind in der Hochebene auch mit kleinen Kindern möglich, die bewirtschafteten Berghütten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung erfordern gute Kondition und Trittsicherheit. Gregor war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig, hilfreich und hatte umfassend Karten der Umgebung. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft uns sehr gut gefallen und unsere Erwartung übertroffen.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und waren alle total begeistert von der Unterkunft. Wir haben noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Airbnb erlebt. Es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-In hat ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! :-)

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einfach fantastisch. Es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Besonders die großen Fenster machen den Aufenthalt so besonders – sei es beim Frühstück mit Blick ins Grüne oder abends gemütlich auf der Couch vor dem Kamin. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – nicht nur mit allen Küchenutensilien und Maschinen, die man braucht, sondern auch mit vielen praktischen Dingen wie Salz, Öl, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinentabs oder Waschpulver und vieles mehr. Das macht den Aufenthalt angenehm unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Jaap war jederzeit herzlich, schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass es ihm wirklich wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen – danke dafür. Ein besonderes Extra: Der Pool wird aktuell komplett neu gemacht. Wer im Sommer anreist, darf sich also auf einen ganz neuen, wunderschönen Pool freuen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Our stay at Lans House was wonderful! We were a group of 9 friends, participating at a race in Bled and had a perfect place to stay. Lan sent us a very long list of recommended places already in advance which was very helpful for us. We were welcomed with a sweet letter and chocolate and throughout the stay Lan made sure we had everything we needed. The house is super clean and super equipped, and settled nice and quiet in the countryside but still only 10 minutes walking from Bled. Also with the check out Lan was very flexible and let us stay a bit longer than planned. I can 100% recommend staying here. Thank you Lan for being such a great host and for sharing this beautiful home.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Katja und Byron sind sehr freundlich und wir haben alles so angetroffen wie beschrieben.

Bostjan was a brilliant host. Very communicative and gave us lots of info on the local area. He also let us keep our car parked at the house after check out. Would highly recommend him and the apartment. Thank you!

Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und sehr flexibel was den Check in / check out betrifft. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Am besten hat uns die ruhige Lage hoch oben am Berg gefallen.

Wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Hütte mit tollem Ausblick – ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit unseren beiden Hunden. Es war alles da, was man braucht, und Annelies war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

La casa di Tanja è bellissima, arredata con gusto,molto pulita e comoda... ogni stanza ha il bagno in camera,la camera con più letti ha una scala un po' stretta però è molto bella...la parte più bella è sicuramente la piscina e la sauna... Tanja è stata molto flessibile sia con il check-in e checkout e molto comunicativa quindi super consigliata per un soggiorno di relax...alla prossima

Wir waren 1 Woche dort. Es hat alles perfekt gepasst und Gregor ist ein sehr guter und netter Gastgeber.

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

Lovely house. We were 8 people. 4 adults and 4 kids and the house suited our group perfectly. Very well appointed. Great kitchen and living space with everything you need to cater for 8. There were 2 bathrooms both with showers. There was outside space with seating and a table (all covered), and a barbecue. The location is nice, a few mins drive outside of Bled but means you are nicely away from the crowds but with very easy access. The host Mojca was great, very responsive, flexible, and kind and had prepared lots of leaflets and info of thing to do in the area.

Cozy house surrounded with mountains, 4 separated rooms with 2 bathrooms (one on each floor). We were a group of 8 and we had everything we needed, house is very clean and spacious, matches photos exactly. Heating system is very fast, kitchen and the whole house is well equipped, bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable to sleep in, there is enough parking for family cars and outdoor furniture for a longer stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Peter is a great host and we're booking again if we return to Soča.

Das Haus von Ana ist etwas ganz besonderes. Die Lage auf dem Berg mit der Ruhe und dem tollen Blick hat uns wahnsinnig gut gefallen und sehr gut getan. Ana hat uns bestens auf die Anfahrt auf den Berg vorbereitet und uns sehr herzlich persönlich begrüßt. Wir hatten ein Video geschickt bekommen, das jede Weggabelung erklärt. Ana ist sehr liebenswert, sie hat uns die Geschichte des Hauses erzählt und uns mit selbstgemachte Produkten verwöhnt und überrascht. Mein Lieblingsort im Haus war der Balkon vor dem Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock. Ich habe dort Ende September stundenlang windgeschützt in der Sonne gesessen. Ich kann das Haus sowas von empfehlen!!!

What a lovely accommodation! The hosts greeted us with such warmth and hospitality - there were snacks and drinks ready for us upon arrival. The home and yard are lovely - a perfect stay for our family of 5 (kids ages 7, 9 and 11) and two small dogs. There is a Tedi, a DM and grocery stores within a 5-minute drive, so very convenient for shopping. The home is well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. You do walk through their yard to get to the house, which can feel awkward; But they are so hospitable, you know they don't mind and that makes it feel comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

We felt instantly at ease the moment we arrived, it was perfect for our family of five, with three young children. The home is cozy, well‑equipped, and surrounded by absolutely stunning views of the mountains—so peaceful, almost surreal. It’s just a short drive to the lake, which made exploring really easy. In just a few days, we did so much: climbed up to the castle, walked around the lake, and the kids had a blast at the playground near the campsite. We did an Easter egg hunt in the flowery garden, and I also squeezed in a peaceful run around the town on our last evening, just to soak up the atmosphere one more time. Everyone we met was so friendly, and the gardens in the area are beautiful. We’re already talking about booking again—can’t wait to come back!
