There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

Our completely renovated 1906 bungalow provides warmth and comfort. Within walking distance to historic downtown Wenatchee and the Amtrak Train station. Memorial Park, NCR library, Plaza Super Jet grocery, Steamers West, McGlinn's & Huckleberry's restaurants are within a 6 block radius. It's the perfect location to explore the Apple Capital Loop Trail, Pybus Farmer's Market, Mission Ridge (20 minute drive), and Wine country. Come enjoy all the amenities the Wenatchee valley has to offer!

The Depot House

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning.
