Huge, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, well maintained and fully fenced grounds, 2 boat launches, golf, take a trolly to attend a concert at The Gorge, etc. There is so much to do while soaking up the sunshine in beautiful Crescent Bar. After Summer we are convenient to fishing, hunting, and Mission Ridge Ski Resort.The sun is usually always shining here.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful place to stay. A perfect lake house (8 min walk) for entertaining and enjoying all of the area has to offer in summer or winter. Over 4300 sf of space to enjoy. Three story, 4 bedrooms 5 bathrooms Three queen beds Six bunks as well as two twin and two single beds. Launch your boat from the boat launch and then moor your boat via an anchor in your backyard. On weekends, go wine tasting and catch a live show at the Gorge Amphitheater just 25 minutes away. Paddleboards, a floating mat, blow-up water toys, and life jackets are available.

The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. The cedar sided house has a beautiful patio and big fenced lawn with river view. Close access to the covered hot tub and BBQ. The interior is an open floor plan with river views, a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, & original artwork. There are 2 beds and 2 futons in the common area. We live close by.
