The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Woodpecker Lodge is situated on the edge of our family home,in the beautiful village of Frampton. The apartment is located on the first floor of our newly built garage. It has a very spacious, modern feel whilst being nestled in countryside. If you enjoy walking and nature, this is the perfect place for you. A 40 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car and you will arrive at Frampton Marsh, where you can grab a coffee and enjoy the views.
