Enjoyed our stay. the home was absolutely beautiful.

Scott and Heather were so responsive when we had questions or when one of us got to town early. House was perfect for the 5 of us. We cooked all our meals there, baked cookies and used the bbq. Everything we needed was supplied. Thanks so much for a great stay!

from start to finish this house was amazing! Barb and Pat did a wonderful job. there were a couple hiccups, but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. my family, as well as my 2 huskies were allowed to enjoy the pool, which was a winner in my books! i will definitely be using them again, and will recommend to everyone. my twins sure loved the small area of the pool that they could walk around in. the views are amazing! the floor plan is great, as its wide open. 10/10 highly recommend this house, as well as any other listings from lazy river getaways!

Sharn was a great host. Communicated in a timely matter. She was helpful and responsive. The property was in amazing condition and very clean. The Jacuzzi was amazing and relaxing. Will definitely book here again when coming to Kingman.

Beautiful home with lots of things to do. Clean and quiet. We loved our time here and plan to return next time we are in the area.

Tyler and Pricilla are Fantastic Hosts! As an old retired guy, I had a few minor issues mainly created by myself!! The response and immediately taking care was immediate. We stayed here for a brothers’ reunion and absolutely loved it! This place felt like our own private resort—clean, beautifully maintained, and totally clutter-free. It’s not someone’s personal home with stuff lying around; it’s clearly set up just for guests. The four bedrooms, spacious backyard, hot tub, and amazing tub made it perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. The location was great too—just minutes from Laughlin and all the resort action. The host was excellent, very professional and responsive. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

Ryan’s place was the perfect getaway for our family. The kids really enjoyed the pool and making s’mores around the fire pit. Very comfortable home. So much space for the kids and they really enjoyed the bunkbeds and being able to all stay in one room together. Ryan was very helpful and responded to all of our needs very quickly. The best host we’ve had so far since booking homes on Airbnb! Can’t wait to book again with him. Being able to park our cars in the garage was a plus for us. Most homes don’t allow this. It started raining on check out day but we were able to load the cars and not get wet. Highly recommend everyone to stay in this beautiful home.

Such a cute little spot, would highly recommend and return. Very walkable area in the downtown part of Kingman. Especially for people who love to explore. Such a great spot

She is a very cool chick. Even let me park in the double gates that go into suite.

It was a very clean condo; just as described. Very comfortable. The only complaint was that the hot tub had bees surrounding it and in it. The water was cold and it didn't work well. The pool was okay. This had nothing to do with Dario; it wasn't his responsibility. I had messaged him asking if there was an iron or blow dryer in the condo and I didn't get a response. I'd still rate the condo highly. I'd recommend it. Great location.

Everything about this place was phenomenal, especially the hosts and other guests. We highly recommend this place as your Airbnb when staying in Kingman. Thank you to the hosts, you both are wonderful people!

Great place to stay in Kingman as a singe or couple. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Place was well kept and I felt very safe.
