It is a 10 minute walk to the shore and 10 from Beacharr standing stone.

Our stylish island hideaway is located on the shores of Davaar Island… a beautiful wooden cabin ideal for those wanting to experience a sense of solitude, be close to nature and enjoy total privacy… whilst still enjoying some luxurious touches and comfort. The Bothy has been hand built, with sheep wool insulation and oak framed double glazed windows and doors. Barnacle overlooks the sea and is thoughtfully designed to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible whatever the weather!

The Vestry, St. Columbas Church

We have a quirky vestry, suitable for 2 adults or small family, attached to a converted church on Whiting Bay seafront. The Vestry has recently been converted to a high standard. It has a super kingsize bed plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. TV, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Shower room/toilet. Views from the living room look out onto the sea and it's a stones throw away from the beach. Separate entrance with garden. Free parking. Bedlinen and towels provided. Free wifi.

Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. Welcome to Whin Cottage, a cosy stonebuilt home on the South West coast of Arran. Dating from 1900 when it was a farm house, it looks out over fields to the southern Arran hills. Our cottage is a great place to escape from the many stresses of everyday life, have a digital detox ( no wifi by choice) whilst offering a perfect base from which to discover Arran.
