The overall experience was good. Michelle had very good communication throughout the process. Check-in was very easy when we arrived. Th unit (2 bedroom) was clean and fairly well equipped. We cooked in several dinners and I had to improvise some but the unit had all the basics I needed. The bedrooms were spacious and once weekly housekeeping service was included to change the sheets, towels, etc so that was very nice and helpful. This Westin location is very easy for families and the pools and beaches were great. There is easy snorkeling right in front of the Westin and even though it was a holiday week during New Year's it didn't feel too crowded. Parking is free and the location is very close to Lahaina town for shopping and restaurants and also Whalers Village shopping. The Westin has a shuttle that runs to both these locations and their other properties so that was also helpful. Overall, I do recommend this location and Michelle's property for a stay in Maui. Only one thing to note about the set up of the 2 bedroom is that there is a little entry and then the unit has a large studio bedroom + sofa + small kitchen + bathroom on one side with its own door/entrance and then the other side has the one bedroom + living area+ larger kitchen + larger bath. This worked great for us as we had 2 teenagers and put them in the studio but if you have young children you might not want them completely separate from you (although I guess you could prop the doors open to each unit).

Great condo. I wish it was a little closer to the ocean but it seems it’s the luck of the draw.

Our original booking was made in Lahaina before the fire. We were concerned about having to cancel our trip but Elaine was super supportive and was able to book us in another one of her places for the same price. It was not perfect but Elaine went out of her way to make us feel welcome and wanted.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Colleen's Ka'anapali Beach Club condo for 4 evenings. Colleen made the check in process beautifully smooth for our first visit to Maui. The location is very close to unique markets and shops nearby and is a minute away from the ocean. We loved the beautiful ocean view, amenities, and unforgettable experience at the Beach Club.

Absolutely a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Maui’s upcountry!! The breakfast & coffee served was the cherry on top!

Ken was super helpful when booking. There was no need to contact him for our stay, as the staff were very accommodating. Our view and stay was beyond expectations. Definitely would love to book again in the future.

Perfect place: swimming pool, spa, clean beach and great restaurants around. The room has balcony with amazing view!

I’m glad we found this place. 15 minutes from 2 of the most popular and great beaches in Maui. Right across the street from a beach great for walking and just relaxing. We used 2 beach chairs an umbrella and a cooler all complimentary at the hotel. Great little pool , hot tub , nice patio and gas grill for barbecuing.

Good accommodation, nice location right accross the beach, although the street is directly infront of some apartments so sometime it is a bit noisy. Otherwise the condo was clean, stuff nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Check in was easy, and front desk was very accommodating. Highly recommended. The location, however, is constantly windy, and the area is a little industrial with little to see. Main advantage for us was proximity to airport for our last night in Hawaii.

Our stay at Deborah’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The space was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Deborah was incredibly hospitable, always available to answer any questions and provide helpful tips about the area. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable accommodation experience!

Perfect place to stay with our 5 year old. Room and amenities were exactly what we needed. Pool and proximity to the beach were both great.
