Great people and nice home! Anticipates your needs and gives you privacy. I love having my own bathroom. 😅 Very quick and responsive to messages.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay at Aziz’s place in brighton. He is a lovely host and we felt right at home. The house is walking distance from the beach with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You won’t be disappointed with the stay.

Appartement de taille plus qu'agréable ... nous avions des amis anglais a recevoir et nous avons particulièrement apprécier la place , l'espace du salon . Idéal pour une famille de 3 un ado et deux adultes ... Seul petit bémol le nettoyage n'était pas au top mais l'hôte n'y est pour rien .

We had a lovely long-weekend stay at Jodie’s along with our family, including grandchildren. The house was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Our two year old grandson was thrilled with the array of toys: so much so that he wasn’t too keen to go out! But venture out we did - walks along the sea front and into the surrounding countryside, and then cosy evenings back at the house in front of a log fire. Perfect way to spend family time.

What an amazing find Barn Croft is! Rodmell is so pretty in the early summer - and we we were able to go on so many different walks right from the front door We got an amazing welcome hamper from Ali & Tim and felt at home straight away - they also checked in on us during the stay, which was kind. This eco home feels very cosy with lots of wood and natural fibres everywhere - just like the pics. The beds were comfy, the only sound was birdsong and everything was clean and user friendly as expected. The house manual was a great help and also suggested lots of cool places to explore. Angel the cat is very sweet - she needs feeding quite a bit, but there were plenty of instructions on her likes and dislikes. We found it was best to top up her food before bedtime. All I all we had such a restful time in the corner of Sussex and would love to come here again sometime.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Jason and Lyn could not have been more accommodating, from start to finish. They were so responsive from the initial enquiry, then allowed us to extend our stay by one night, then remained helpful throughout our stay and afterwards. Any queries we had during our stay were very quickly resolved, they even dropped off a hairdryer to the door within 10 minutes of us asking!! The house is spacious and homely and the garden would be lovely in warmer weather. Our kids loved the toy room! We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas and they went to a lot of effort decorating the whole house, from the Christmas tree, to providing candles and crackers/ napkins for the dinner table, to beautiful fairy lights outside and even Christmas shower gel. The only slight issue for us was that the bedrooms although comfortable are all quite light, fine for adults but a bit tricky with young children that need blackout - maybe bring blackout blinds if you need.

Lovely welcoming hosts and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Would definitely return. Bus into Brighton and Hove is super convenient, basically on the doorstep.

Lena was a great host and gave lots of clear instructions on what was needed for our stay. Very homely and easy to relax with the family and children. Lots of toys for the kids and very organised. Easy bus routes to the town centre which were close to the house dropping you off at great locations. Patcham fish and chips close by were lovely and the local pub Monday-Saturday does Thai food which was really nice. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay at Matt’s house. He was extremely helpful - letting us check in early and check out late, setting up a single bed for our son and helping with parking queries etc. Really recommend for families looking to stay in a great home and a really family friendly area right by a playground, loads of cafes and a quick and easy walk to the beach. Thankyou for accommodating us at short notice - would definitely stay again.

I would stay again, close to the town and shops, really private hot tub and felt at home!

All great...I particularly liked staying with Ziggy because she and I chatted in the afternoon when I arrived, and over a morning cuppa...so friendly and thoughtful. Definitely would recommend & thinking about bringing my family with me next time. A brilliant host.

Hayley has been an amazing host from start to finish with great communication and very helpful. Hayley’s place is a little gem! Very cosy and homely in a really convenient location.

Jo is a fantastic host and her home was cosy, clean and comfortable. Jo was really good at responding - from booking through to checking out. The apartment is in a quiet block and is situated in a great location in central Hove, so once we had parked (we got lucky and got a visitor space), we could walk to the local restaurants, bakeries and beach with no problem. Jo was very welcoming and was happy for our lab to stay, too!

Excellent location, Janet was very friendly and responsive, and the views from the roof terrace were stunning.

This was just what we needed to break up our journey from Brighton after the marathon, didn’t really venture to the local area but made use of the hot tub

Ryan’s place was just what we were looking for. Apartment is very clean & modern, with a lift & private parking, would definitely recommend Ryan’s apartment if you’re in the area.
