The apartment also includes a balcony with beautiful views of the sea and Split. Please note that the balcony is detached from the apartment, as shown in the photos.

Flat-screen TV's with satellite channels are available in the living room and both bedrooms. Beds in both bedrooms can be arranged either as single or double beds. There is a couch in the living, suitable for an adult. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wheelchair ramp and elevator are available.
