The apartment at the (raised) ground floor was very spacious and clean, with all possible amenities. The bedrooms in particular were very large with comfortable beds. The building was surrounded by lawned garden and olive groves, offering privacy and relaxation. Greg even allowed us to use the stone-built barbecue as an extra treat. Very highly recommended!

Gîte tout confort et très luxueux! Énorme coup de cœur! Dernière étape de notre périple dans le Péloponnèse et vraiment un excellente trouvaille sans comparaison avec le reste ! De loin le meilleur tant sur la décoration, les matériaux de qualité, la proximité directe à la mer (sable en face du gîte) que sur l’accueil avec un énorme panier gourmand, un gâteau maison sorti du four le matin et l’apéritif de bienvenue On s’y sent extrêmement bien, tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour - pas besoin de se poser la question de ce qui manque car tout y est (des pastilles vaisselles, torchons, jeux, serviettes de plages en allant jusqu’à la trousse de secours!) Également à proximité (5 min voiture) des restaurants Merci encore pour votre accueil

A beautiful place to stay, very peaceful. Loved our morning and evening terraces. Amazing bird life, butterflies and plants. Everything there for cooking. Tavernas and little shops nearby. Very nice place place close to three beaches in Traditional village. The place had all the amenities and our host was kind enough to leave 6 liters of water. We will be back.

Μείνανε σε ένα παραδοσιακό χωριό. Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο για μια οικογένεια, εξοπλισμένο και πολύ άνετος ύπνος σε αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια. Το σπίτι είναι στο πρώτο όροφο και στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται ένας καταπράσινος κήπος. Η απόσταση σε διάσημες παραλίες και όχι μόνο είναι σε απόσταση 15-20'. Υπάρχει θέση πάρκινγκ. Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή. Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός και ευγενέστατος. Νικόλαε ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Η Βίκη είναι μια υπέροχη οικοδέσποινα! Το σπίτι είναι πεντακάθαρο μα φανταστική θέα και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Όποτε βρεθώ στην Καλαμάτα σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω την Βίκη! Πιστεύω προσφέρει μια από τις καλύτερες διαμονές στην πόλη της Καλαμάτας!

Fotis est un hôte génial, nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement! Fotis est un hôte discret mais très prévenant , il nous a gâté de delicieuses tomates du jardin, figues, fruits de cactus 🌵 etc... Nous étions comme chez nous dans le superbe logement de Fotis, très confortable, propre, avec un jardin et une piscine magnifique ! Merci pour les précieux conseils, les sourires, les attentions ! nous avons été ravis de notre séjour ! Une adresse que nous recommandons , tout particulièrement en famille avec des enfants ! Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

We had a wonderful stay in Kalamata! We booked last minute due to our other reservation in Volos being canceled for the recent storm damage, so our visit in Kalamata was a happy accident. The views from the villa could not be more beautiful, the space was very private, the house was extremely clean, we had everything we needed there, plus extra treats we were not expecting. The villa is on the side of a mountain and the streets of Kalamata and surrounding towns are windy, narrow and at times very steep, so expect an eventful drive to get here! All that aside, it was easy to find, and we were walking distance to some great beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

More than excellent!!! Both facilities and location are top. Antony (host) was really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it. A lot of extra things were offered such as coffee capsules, plenty of mineral water bottles etc. We asked for 2 crimps for our kids and facility offered apart from the crimps a lot of extra things showing the high level of hospitality. Extra kid services included items such as children fairytale books, safety socket etc.

We had a great stay at the villa! As two couples traveling with a small dog, we found the villa to be clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The host was very responsive, answering all of our questions before check-in and even meeting us to guide us to the villa, which was a thoughtful touch.   The location was excellent, offering stunning views of the sea. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals at villa, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Beautiful property, cleverly designed and very close to the famous Costa Navarino golf courses! Convenient location to explore the many picturesque villages of the region! The owner is very helpful and willing to help when needed! Highly recommended and we will certainly return!

Amazing place! Tranquility, privacy, relaxation and nature in a single package. Really close to everything one may need (supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, petrol stations etc) and also close to central roads that will get you all the way up and down the beautiful messinian coast. Christine was really helpful and always available to respond to any request. Thank you for everything.

Wat een mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Niks was teveel, kregen hulp op alle vragen. Boothuur hebben ze geregeld voor ons, restaurants ect! Bij aankomst was zelfs gedacht aan dingetjes in de koelkast en en lekkere dingen voor ons. Als je naar Zakynthos wilt en niet tussen al die toeristen wilt zitten, dan moet je echt hier zijn! Bedankt voor de fijne tijd!

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona’s house - it is fully equipped, located very close to the water and had a beautiful patio. Hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay is comfortable. Mr. Lambros would bring us fresh fruits form his garden 😊 There is a nice tavern near by with good cocktails and food - it includes restaurant area for sit down dinner and beach area with bar with chilling by the water. Supermarket is 10 minutes drive and a few beautiful golf courses in the area if you like to play. We highly recommend Fioras house!

Unser Aufenthalt auf Zakynthos war wunderbar. Organisatorisch mit der Unterkunft hat hervorragend geklappt. Obwohl wir vom Flug her etwas Verspätung hatten, hat der Gastgeber auf uns gewartet. Die Unterkunft liegt an einem ruhigen Ort. Gegenüber gibt es eine Taverne und daneben eine Bar. In der gleichen Straße gibt es auch einen Supermarkt, der aber leider während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen war. Etwa 1 Kilometer entfernt liegt der Hausstrand, den wir aber nur bei der Ankunft besucht haben. Unsere Empfehlung ist mit einem Mietwagen die Insel und die schönen verschiedenen Strände/Buchten zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

we had a lovely warm welcome from kate, who also provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and shops. the villa was beautiful with everything you could need for a relaxing peaceful stay. the view was breathtaking. we will definitely be back but for longer next time.

Our family loved staying here over the New Year holiday. The surroundings are beautiful. The access to the beach is through olive and citrus groves, and the beach stretches on for miles. The home was cozy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the outdoor brick oven, and hanging out but the indoor fireplace at night. The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and we even took home some olive like produced on the farm!

séjour au calme dans une grande villa familiale au milieu des oliviers avec accès à une plage privée galets/sable au bout du champ, équipement complet, grandes terrasses, village proche avec commerces régionaux, restaurants traditionnels, cafés et plage, accessible à pieds 20min, 5 min en voiture accueil très sympathique, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison! pour les sorties nocturnes plus animées, prévoir 30 min de voiture vers Kalamata

We really enjoyed our time at Vasilis’s home. The outdoor space was fantastic for children - playhouse and slide, kids pool, lots of floaties, and the grill and kitchen were perfect for outside dining. Music outside was great! Inside, everything was very comfortable and the fruit, veggies and other grocery items were appreciated. Vasilis brought us a baby bed and chair as soon as we asked for it. He was an excellent host. We had a fun time at the Caribbean Beach Bar. Beach is rocks, but good music and drinks. We also enjoyed a couple dinners at To Pareaki tis..Argo on the water in Petalidi. Fabulous seafood. All in all, we had a wonderful family stay and would gladly come back. Thank you!
