Feel free to use the fire pit, pool and grill for your leisure/convenience. Do enjoy your stay!! I thoroughly clean each prior to check-in, following covid-19 guidelines via Airbnb. Cozy guest cottage backed by woods! 550 sq ft private house with loft bedroom, kitchen and bath (PLEASE NOTE NO FREEZER -only fridge) 30 min from Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and 10 min to Fuquay-Varina with 10 minute access to the 40. High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee.Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.

Adorable fully furnished 1 BR apartment in Belvedere Park neighborhood. Walking distance from Lions Park and the greenway. Offers a private entry. The apartment is attached to the main house by a hallway with a door that locks from the main house. Furniture and appliances included: Queen size bed, sectional sofa, wood and glass coffee table, side tables, new LED TV with roku, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen ware (All as pictured). There is no laundry and no oven.
