Absolutely love this place! So private, on a ton of land with a gate and everything, and so many amenities, the indoor pool is absolutely crazy! Love it

This house was awesome! My Fiancé and I rented this to gather family for Easter 2025. Linda gave us permission to have family who were semi local to visit for our Easter dinner which was so special to us! My guests staying with us were impressed with how relaxing the back area was with the pool and the sunroom. We had multiple adults, our niece (6mo) and several of our 4 legged nieces / nephews and there was plenty of space for us all. We are so grateful for Linda and her generosity! The day of check out one of our guests had rental car issues that took several hours to correct. Linda was gracious enough to extend our check out to allow time for them to fix the car issues and then get back to the house to pack up. We will definitely be coming back!

This place was beautiful! Hosted thanksgiving dinner with my family and the place was very spacious and fully equipped with more than enough kitchen essentials. The views are amazing. and the host was very responsive. The only downside was we went 2 days with no hot water. The place was still worth the stay. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Rebecca's Lake Norman home!!! Attention was paid to every single detail in preparation for our stay. Rebecca even left a birthday card since we booked saying it was our birthday weekend - 4 out of 7 of us have June birthdays within 6 days of one another!!! Rebecca has decorated the home with such care and during our stay, it truly felt like our home-away-from-home. We actually overpacked because just about everything and anything you might need Rebecca had already supplied. The first morning, I was the first up and was able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch and watch the sunrise over the lake. Talk about tranquil!!! Then, after a long day out on the water, we enjoyed the warm glow of a firepit and shared stories from the day. Rebecca, memories were made to last a lifetime this birthday weekend, and very much of that is because of your home and the care you took to welcome us into it. A longer stay is in our future for sure!!

My friends and I rented John’s place for a long weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday. The home far exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully appointed both inside and out. John was very accommodating both with an early check-in and a later checkout. Since we had late flights outs on Sunday, we were especially appreciative of this! John quickly responded to our inquiries prior to check-in as well as requests during our stay. This was everyones first trip to Lake Norman and after the weekend we’re certain it will not be our last. Thanks John for sharing your beautiful home!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay here! The home was clean & comfortable! We loved the pool & it was perfect to enjoy time outdoors in the beautiful weather with our pups :) we hope to have another visit asap!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this lakefront property! The breathtaking views of Lake Norman exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and immaculately maintained, while the amenities provided everything we needed and more. Our host’s excellent communication made our stay seamless from check-in to departure. The peaceful atmosphere created the perfect warm and relaxing environment for our family getaway. We would definitely book this beautiful property again for future vacations!

It is rare that I walk into a room and go:” Wow” I have a keen sense of smell. The house was clean. Pristine, every amenity need met. Loved it. Plan on returning again & again. Matt is a great host.

David’s place was great!!! Private, peaceful, it was clean with lots of space.. this is one of our favorite places to stay at Lake Norman.

This was one of our favorite airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at. The host was super responsive and was flexible with check in time. The house had everything we could have needed. But the outdoor space/activities was over the top. The deck, the hot tub, the beach area, the paddle boards/kayaks were all so much fun and perfect for the dog too! Already planning when we can go again. Would recommend to anyone!

100 Stars is my rating! I’ve stayed at 20+ rentals and this was THE BEST home! The home was better than pictured. Cleanest place ever. Beds & pillows comfy. Linens/Towels like new. Great water pressure for showers & showers clean like your home! Kitchen well stocked w/extras like bags, spices (that all match) etc. Attention to details like rolled towels, “poo-pouri”, hotel like canisters for shower essentials. We used both upper & lower decks. Outdoor cushions -new + built in seating. Grill: easy to use, clean & to light (needed clicker butane lighter in the kitchen) We all kept saying, this place is amazing! Location close to I-77, Costco and all kinds of things! The only thing I’d improve on is better suctioned shower rods. 2 of the 4 shower rods slipped when the curtains got super wet/walls were slick (after 5 uses immediately back to back). We were able to slide them back up when dry. Spaced out showers next day and no issues!

This stay was FANTASTIC because of Megin AND the home. The decorators touch in this house makes you believe you are in a resort. The entire house is beautiful, with large comfy leather couches in the great room. There were seating areas on all three porches (I used the screened in porch each morning for my coffee time.) There was wood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill. The kitchen was stocked with EVERY APPLIANCE AND BAKING/COOKING item that I desired. Never have I had a kitchen so well stocked. There were so many small touches added that we didn’t feel like we were in a rental! The house is very large and it was VERY clean. It was lovely. The golf cart looks and runs like new and the community dock is super close. The hot tub was hot as well as clean. Megin answered my every question extremely quickly. The expense of this trip was worth every penny. I would/will request this house again! I would buy it if I could. I would give this Airbnb 10 stars if I could. Thanks, Megin

Great beautiful home in serene surroundings & beautiful nature.

Stayed here for two weeks with my family and we loved it. Would definitely stay here if we return. The location was ideal, close to everything but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked, and Randall was quick to respond to any questions.

Our stay at this Lake Norman property was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable—right on the water with stunning views and easy access to everything the lake has to offer. The home was spotless upon arrival, and you can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space. One of the best features was having the boat available to rent on-site—it made exploring the lake effortless and so much fun! We also loved the added amenities like the fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, and fishing poles, which made for great memories with our family. The fireplace inside was perfect for cozy evenings, and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway on Lake Norman. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed the entire month of April. The house was in a good location for a number of things. We did a bunch of fishing - the property's boat slip and dock deck were very nice to have.

The house was awesome, the neighborhood was quiet, If I had to ask Miss Robin something, she would answer right back, I play golf and the golf course is no more than 2 miles from the house,I would definitely rent the house again, thank you Miss Robin.

Clean, up to date, nice yard, lovely front porch. Would stay again!
