This was my first Airbnb experience and it did not disappoint! It was a quiet neighborhood. This house was truly a home away from home. It had all the amenities you need, everything was clean, beds were comfy, and there was everything you would need for cooking like pots, pans, and spices and a few baking supplies. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the Cedar Rapids area!

The Host was Awesome! The place was so peaceful and beautiful! If you love nature and peace of getting away, this place is that! Would totally recommend it 😁👍🫶

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

This was our first ever AirBnB stay and it didn’t disappoint! This cute and charming little home was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. To be honest, it was pricier than it was worth for us, only because we barely spent any time there. Most of our time was spent with family off site. But, we knew that would be the case going into it. We would make one suggestion, to add optional foam mattress toppers in the rooms. All of the beds are very, very firm. But, we would rent this again! Great overall experience and great communication with the hosts! Thank you!

Host was very nice and always responsive to messages. Provided a beautiful, clean and warm atmosphere.

We came for our son’s wedding. Was a perfect rest stop before we arrived! Was clean and comfortable for our small family.

very interesting place. they know how to set up an air BNB. they have everything you could need plus more. the outdoor space overlooking the pond was my favorite part.

Bea’s place was the PERFECT location for our travels as we visited for Thanksgiving. The rooms were stunningly decorated, the bedrooms comfy, and the space was warm and welcoming. We hosted a get together with our relatives for a game night and between the dining area, cozy living room furniture, and kitchen bar, everybody was able to socialize comfortably and relax without it feeling overcrowded. There was no noise from adjoining units or traffic and we enjoyed our time immensely. It is also close to a grocery store and a Starbucks as well as Urgent Care should needs arise. Bea is a responsive and gracious host. Great stay!

Very cozy walkout basement apartment. Completely separate from the main house with its own furnace and washer and dryer. The main floor of the house is made out of poured concrete so you cannot hear anything above you. The apartment opens onto the backyard that abuts a ravine. We saw deer, a muskrat and lots of squirrel and birds. Great location slightly off the main campus area but downtown was easily accessible. The apartment is clean and modern. We have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs (we are travelling indefinitely) and I cannot think of one that was more thoughtfully stocked. Extra toothpaste and tooth brushes; a coffeemaker and coffee; extra towels; candies; toilet paper an paper towels; etc. Highly recommended place to stay in Iowa City.

Linda’s place was phenomenal. My girlfriend and I needed a last minute place to stay and Linda’s studio couldn’t have been better. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the stay in clean and comfortable apartment. Relaxed with country views . Interesting and historic sights to see nearby. Perfect for our sister weekend. Highly recommend and hopefully visit again.

Perfect location for visiting family in Iowa City. I love the country atmosphere. Would love to stay during harvest season because they have plenty of vegetable gardens. Look forward to staying there again.

Great place to stay for any activities surrounding Iowa City and North Liberty. Bike trail next to house with private, peaceful surroundings. Great kitchen with a huge basement able to accommodate many people at any level of the home. We will be back again!

We loved our stay at the cabin. This place is huge—we didn’t even have time to use the downstairs game room! It was perfect for my lady getaway weekend.

Worked great for meeting some friends for an Iowa football weekend. Easy check-in, comfortable sleeping, and we had everything we needed. Such a unique place with fun amenities. It was also great to have Club 76 just a short walk away.

Anna was very kind! The place was nice and cozy. Alot more spacious once your inside place. We'll be contacting Anna to stay here again next time we're in the area.

This is a quality property: stylish, pristine, well-equipped and comfortable. Nice light throughout, good beds and a fantastic kitchen. Has a very private feeling, yet is less than a 10 minute drive from Iowa City proper and close to all the area has to offer. Hosts were welcoming and responsive to our inquiries. We hope to be back!

We had an amazing stay at this riverside cabin! The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by beautiful views. It was exactly what we were looking for on our guys fishing trip. The cabin was conveniently located near some excellent fishing streams, which made our outings super easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and informative from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

Beautiful cozy cabin in the woods which made for a restful retreat from the city. We'll definitely be back!
