Wee Highland Hideaway Hut with integral bathroom

Our brand new wee hideaway shepherds hut is located in the Scottish Highlands surrounded by mountains and the most stunning scenery. Insulated for all year round use this cosy traditional hut is located on a traditional working Scottish croft with Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, goats, ducks, chickens, geese and peacocks. The hut is situated in a zero light pollution area with perfect views of Ben Cruachan and Ben a'Chocuill This is a brand new hut for 2020 and we will keep uploading photos.

The Shepherds Hut with Private Hot Tub

This is no ordinary shepherds hut with its very own log burner hot tub on the private deck overlooking the burn and woodlands. Inside, the living area has a well equipped kitchenette, arm chairs, drop down table and a large king size bed. It also has a spacious shower. You will also have access to the fire pit, complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, canoe and rowing boat during your stay. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

Rosie the Road Workers' Living Wagon

Situated in Upper Inverroy, near Roy Bridge, and with unbroken views to some of Scotland’s highest and most beautiful peaks, Rosie is ideally placed for visitors who are keen to explore the beautiful mountains, glens, lochs and coastal waters of Lochaber, the outdoor capital of the U.K. Rosie was built in 2019 upon an original early 1930’s road workers’ living wagon chassis. Situated in a private position adjacent to our house, Rosie looks out towards  the magnificent Grey Corrie mountains.

Stoneyfield Shepherd's Hut, Loch Ness

Stoneyfield Shepherd's Hut is a unique experience, set in the hills of Glen Urquhart. It is secluded within trees in a farming environment, providing a peaceful getaway close to the many spectacular attractions of the Loch Ness area. It has been finished to a very high standard (full kitchen and plumbed-in toilet/ shower-room), while exhibiting a bespoke rustic style. A perfect haven for a relaxing break in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, the location featured in the Outlander TV show.

This shepherd’s hut offers a unique, secluded escape for honeymooners, adventure seekers, and anyone looking to relax, unwind, and soak up the stunning scenery. Enjoy the beauty of Loch Voil, explore the hills or watch the wildlife. Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub or retreat to the Nordic-style BBQ hut* to round off the day (*subject to availability).

D - SPEAN - Shepherd Hut

Tulloch is set in the heart of the Braes o’ Lochaber. With so many ways to spend your day here, you can make your holiday as active or as peaceful as you wish. The estate is 175 acres and is available for you to wander over as you will, or just to protect you from the pressures of the outside world. The land is nestled in a glen, full of fresh Scottish air and comprises woods and meadows, pasture and streams. The magnificent River Spean, with the Inverlair Falls, is a backdrop to it all.

Ethel’s Coorie Doon is a self-contained shepherd’s hut nestled within the grounds of Craig Villa Guest House. Fully insulated, fully equipped, and boasts mountain views. Ethel's Coorie Doon is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who want to explore the local area. We welcome up to 2 furry friends, but please note, there is a pet fee of £14. We provide information for local walks and hidden gems, local restaurants and pubs. We provide free parking and storage if you arrive by bike.

Shepherd's Hut near Oban

Get away from it all in our shepherd's hut located just outside the village of Connel and only a ten minute drive from the bustling seaside town of Oban. The accommodation is located on our family croft (we live on site near to the shepherds hut) with ducks, hens, Hebridean sheep and our two ponies as your closest neighbours. We are surrounded by abundant wildlife such as pine martens and red deer and have outstanding views over unspoiled countryside towards the slopes of Ben Cruachan.

Trails End A relaxing shepherds hut

Trails End is a handcrafted shepherds hut nestled in a quiet village on the shores of Loch Duich. This tiny home has a modern living space which is suited to 2 people, with a double bed and single bunk, a bathroom and kitchen area complete the shepherds huts interior. The private outside space is wonderful for soaking in the atmosphere of the loch and surrounding mountains. It is a fantastic base for exploring the local area with many attractions close by or a rest stop during a walk.

The Magic Hut with view of Eilean Donan Castle

The Magic Hut, a cosy and unique getaway for the nature-loving eco-traveller looking for something cute and quirky. On a southwest facing hillside with stunning views of Loch Duich, Loch Alsh and Eilean Donan castle, nestled in a birch and hazel woodland. Within walking distance of the village of Dornie which has places to eat and drink, a local shop and of course the castle, on the road to Skye. Great if you enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Scottish Highlands.

A Beautiful Gypsy Caravan in Arisaig

'FLORA' is not taking bookings at the moment. The Old Manse is currently up for sale. Thank you to all our wonderful guests it's been an absolute pleasure to host you. 'Flora' is a beautiful gypsy caravan and is set in the lovely garden of The Old Manse in the lovely village of Arisaig. Surrounded by bamboo and trees and facing west for stunning sunsets. Guests are within walking distance of Arisaig village and seafront.

The Shepherd's Hut on Eigg

The cosy Shepherd's Hut combines the best of past traditions with the comfort of today. Inside is everything you need for a comfortable cosy night's sleep, but still with enough space to relax during the day. Eigg is a beautiful island with spectacular beaches, wildlife, archaeological sites, interesting geology and a vibrant island community. The island is very popular with landscape and wildlife photographers.
