The place was adorable and comfy cozy. The host gave us so much information I didn’t have to ask any questions or wonder about anything. The town was so close by and it was nice having recommendations and a guest book. We loved our stay and would visit again

We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood. It’s very lively and the house is well lit. We stayed four nights. The beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean and the porch area was nice to hang out on. We also used the washer and dryer so that was nice have. There are many businesses and restaurants within walking distance. There was an excellent taco truck about a block away and a yummy donut shop a couple blocks away. There is also a Picasso and Wine business that looks like fun. If we come back to Reno we would stay again and make sure we have time to paint and drink wine. Our ten year old son loved the theme and the pretty mural on the living room wall. Thank you for a great stay!! We’ll be back.

The house is adorable & very comfortable. It had a homey feel to it. This was a weekend for just my daughter & I and we actually sat at the dining room table & ate. That was a great feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house had everything that we needed. James was friendly & answered my questions honestly & personably. I really appreciated his input. Thank You! We will definitely rent this house from James again in the future.

Gary’s home was wonderful, from the start, check-in was easy and cleaning was visibly held to a high standard. The house was stocked with everything we needed and everything mentioned worked as intended. The location and neighborhood are great and would stay again without a doubt!

We’ve had a wonderful time staying here the past two years with our family. Being right on the water is incredibly peaceful and made for a relaxing getaway. The home is well-kept and comfortable. I really appreciated the hands-off approach and the quick communication. While we were surprised by the significant price increase this year, the overall experience continues to be rejuvenating.

We came to Reno for our Nephews wedding. We had a wonderful 4 nights in our rental. We did bring our dog and my mother in law. Knowing that we were going into a rental that allows pets we were ready for it to be a little dirty and maybe dog hair around….. but that was not the case. This place was clean clean clean!! The location was perfect for everything Reno. We even got parking every time on the street right in front of the rental. Even though we had a designated parking for the spot it was great to have options. The place was very sound proof. We couldn’t hear people down stairs or the rooms next to each other and even outside noise. Plenty of room in the rental and all necessary amenities. We would stay here again for sure!!

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

Carol's place was perfect for me! Quiet and comfortable. She was so helpful and kind! I'll definitely be back! Thank you, Carol!!

Such a hidden gem! This place was even better than expected—just as described and had everything you could possibly think of. Super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Really enjoyed our stay here! Designated parking spot, clear communication and the room was great- cozy, clean and included thoughtful accessories. We were within walkable distance to the lake, shops and restaurants.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in Reno und haben in diesem schönen Haus gewohnt. Es ist besonders eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Der Pafk und die Casinos sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war die schönste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise bisher. Vielen Dank für alles.

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

Very convenient location, close to Raley's and a bunch of restaurants. Clean room and reasonable price, a good finding in Incline Village.

The unit was everything we needed for a late spring skiing weekend at Northstar, incredibly close to the resort with a shuttle stop right outside. The unit was as described and depicted, and Jared was communicative / provided clear instructions for check in and check out.

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Matt and Katie’s place is the perfect Palisades ski weekend stay! The place: -Amazing location in the center of the village, nice building and amenities (fully stocked kitchen, two huge community hot tubes, beautiful views from the deck), and lots of space to unwind. The only minor downside is it can be a little noisy on Friday night with a karaoke bar two floors below but this disbanded by 11pm. The hosts: Extremely responsive and helpful, with great recommendations and clear instructions. Overall, 10/10 planning to stay again!

Wonderful place for a peaceful escape from daily life. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located, and the well-stocked kitchen was a big plus. Mihai was incredibly friendly and helpful—always quick to respond. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

June’s place was awesome. Every little detail was carefully addressed. The pictures used in instructions for various utilities were very helpful. Fireplace was so nice after a day on the slopes. Nice to have a single level ground floor unit.
