Lovely clean apartment, spacious and nicely decorated. Host was very professional and attentive to customer needs, responding to communications promptly. Considering the apartment could host up to 7 adults, a few (larger) pans could be included. As Europeans, we missed having the use of an electric kettle. Nevertheless we loved the apartment and definitely would book again and highly recommend.

We had a great stay, the space is exactly as described in the descriptions. Very cozy and comfortable! My family of 3 felt right at home. The surrounding area is easy to navigate, it is a busy town with lots of people walking and biking around, but the street of the home was quiet. We have no complaints, my only recommendation is to be mindful of when you leave and come back to the apartment, as parking is extremely limited on the street of the apartment, as well as the surrounding streets. One evening around 6:30-7p we drove around for about 10 minutes trying to find parking, and ended up parking three blocks away.

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und es war über Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer das Wichtigste bereits da. Die Kommunikation mit Mignon hat auch super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind viele Shops, auch Lebenmittelläden. Um nach Manhattan zu kommen, konnte man verschiedene Buslinien nehmen, das hat super geklappt. Ich empfehle hier die Linie 159X, da der Bus ein Stück am Hudson River entlangfährt und man einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Jennifer's place in Jersey City is the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Just a short walk to the PATH station and tons of restaurant options in between. Her place felt like home after our busy days in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Richard's apartment was in a good location, easily accessible to Manhattan with a short walk to local transport, shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. We particularly liked the extra attention to detail that Richard included such as cold drinks, coffee pods, soap and extra towels so that we really didn't have to buy anything ourselves. Our host was extremely attentive and responded to questions immediately and also provided us with useful recommendations for shops and restaurants which we used. The apartment provided us with the perfect stay for our family holiday in New York.

een fijn verblijf voor onze 5 daagse trip naar New York. Vaak met bus 123 gegaan naar het busstation in New York, vanuit daar verder. Het huis was schoon en goed onderhouden. Badkamer is iets minder maar dat kan misschien ook omdat de rest zo goed was. Zelfs gebruik gemaakt was was- en droog machine, was top. Met uber naar het vliegveld geregeld is super goed gegaan

Heerlijk huis, rustige buurt. Alles voldeed aan de beschrijving, alles was schoon. Alleen jammer dat de bbq buiten niet bruikbaar was maar verder niets op aan te merken. Heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Our family of 6 stayed at Venky’s place for 5 nights and everything was great! The home is very close to NYC and is only one stop from Manhattan. Venky was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions or needs. The cereal provided was perfect for our young children to have a snack in the AM before heading out for the day. I would absolutely recommend Venky’s place for families or for anyone looking to stay away from the chaos of Manhattan but also close enough to get there in about 15 minutes.

We had a great time at Deb and Jackie’s home. We were a family of 5 staying for 5 nights and their place was perfect for us. It was stocked with abundant cookware and utensils for us, as well as fully stocked Keurig / Nespresso machines. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The place is fairly close to the train station and is well connected to NYC. Also there are quite a few stores such as the corner RiverMart or Ranch Market that are walkable for groceries. There are other residents living upstairs so there was the occasional creaking of stairs in the night. But to be honest it did not bother us or our 5 yr old, as we were usually exhausted by the end of the day. Will definitely consider coming back for a future trip!

We had a really nice stay in Jersey City. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like in the picture. The apartment was close to the HBLr station which connects to New York City. The hosts were super friendly and replied really fast. The only thing we were missing was a full set of plates and bowls for 8 people.

Benjamin was friendly and proactive in communicating during our stay. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear. Most areas of the place were clean. The Airbnb offered the amenities as described.

Ken's apartment is tastefully decorated with very good quality fittings and appliances. It is perfectly located to explore Manhattan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ric and Úna

We had a great stay! The unit is a perfect size for a couple and has been recently updated. We were comfortable and felt right at home. Perfect for access to the PATH and everything Hoboken has to offer!

The location of AJ's apartment could not have been better, near transportation & night life but also set back so it was very quiet and peaceful at night. Very charming and cozy apartment! Would recommend to any staying in Hoboken or looking to stay very close to NYC.

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

Loved loved loved this place. The rooftop is beautiful. The fireplace actually works! The string lights are a great touch. Kitchen was immaculate. View from the room is amazing. Building was nice. Parking in the garage was provided with a designated spot! And it has a lot of good restaurants nearby in walking distance. The pool table in the common area was also a great touch. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here again and I know for sure I will be back again! Host was also very responsive and helpful to any and all questions I had. This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had! Love love love it!

Great stay in Hoboken for our family of five. Beautiful apartment with plenty of room and very nice backyard area. Location is very accessible to PATH station and great restaurants. Definite will stay here again.
