It is always a pleasure to stay in this unit. Walkable to The Avenue. Close to the highway and public transportation. Quiet and comfortable. An off street parking space is a huge plus! You won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

This place was perfect for us. It was walkable and close to great restaurants on West Street and a short walk further to those in the heart of downtown. Mary and her husband are very gracious and available. We were there to visit our son and it was great for that. Peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood. We will gladly book again if the opportunity arises!

Melissa and PJ are really great hosts, very thoughtful and very professional. Our visit was like a "home away from home" experience.

We stayed at James’ place while in town for a family function. The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed! Everything was very clean. James provided extra items when requested and we were able to do a load of laundry too! The location is beautiful and extra bonus for all of the eco friendly touches.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a peaceful place that is located in a lovely area. I felt perfectly safe staying there on my own. I found it very easy to get to Georgetown or Dupont Circle using Lime bikes and scooters, which were always available nearby. The apartment stayed very cool on hot summer days, and I didn’t even need to use the AC most days. The hosts are very kind, considerate, helpful, and available. I would definitely stay here again!

Evans place was just terrific for our needs. It was clean and bright. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked. The bathroom was clean, well lit, equipped with switch for extra warm air, and the shower had great pressure. The sheets and bedding were pretty and soft. The outside lighting was good, and the area felt safe. Evans was helpful, responsive and friendly. We will definitely come back again. Thanks Evans!

Nalins place was exactly as described. It is huge, quiet, clean and super close to Dulles Airport. We enjoyed staying there very much and can recommend it without hesitation. Beds were super comfortable!

I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises. I really enjoyed it and it was extremely convenient. To help make your stay enjoyable as well, please read the description and communicate with the host to ask any questions. Know that there is no blackout blind in the bedroom. Also there is a mechanical or maybe water sound that has a low, constant drone near the bedroom. At the time of my stay, the young person of the house seemed to be up around 7:30ish and down at night around 7ish. Be prepared to get your feet wet if dew or rain as you have to walk through grass to get to the back of the house. Hope this helps.

Nice linens, super comfy bed, great appliances, really clean -- we really just used Edward's place as a base but it'l really well located and it was perfect for our purposes. Would absolutely stay here again -- it's just perfect!!!!

Overall the place was great! Just like the photos, felt secure, neighborhood was good. Able to walk around with my kids. We would definitely stay again.

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

What a great stay! Like staying in a high end hotel without the price. Communication from Elizabeth was great. Only thing I would say is it would be great to have some bottles of water left in the fridge.

This is my second time staying here and it was as good as the first time. Very quiet and comfortable space with thoughtful touches like the water filter and bedside phone chargers.

Serena was a great host! She was friendly, responsive, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Her place match the listing and she thought of great amenities and accommodation to provide in her place for visitors. The Metro was also only a 5-10 minute walk from Serena’s place.

We were in town for a show at the 9:30 Club & Michael’s place was the perfect spot. It was walkable to the club as well as many restaurants and breweries. Michael provided clear and easy to follow instructions for check in & the place was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this spot and we will definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was peaceful and really quiet. I worked over night which means I had to sleep during the day. Perfect for a travel nurse. My entire stay here was three months and it nearly felt like home. The hospitality was stellar and the hosts were very receptive to any request and or concerns. I would with certainty consider staying again. The authentic Indian meal prepared by Rima really sealed the deal. Thank you so much you guys. Hopefully I’ll see you again soon.

I loved Shaina’s place! It was cozy, bright, and perfect for my stay. Shaina was very responsive at all times and was very accommodating of me checking out an hour later than normal to help with my move to a new place. Highly recommend!

I would like to extend a heartfelt Thank you to Paula. The family friendly, clean, well decorated home was exactly as described in the photos. My family asked if they could stay longer. You provided all of the comforts of home plus extras. The backyard was very relaxing to sit and have conversations. We played pool, listened to music, and the boys thoroughly enjoyed the theater room. I would absolutely recommend my family and friends to stay at your place while visiting this area. Logement très agréable dans un cadre idyllique, calme. Idéal pour couple ou une personne seule comme ce fut le cas pour moi. Cuisine fonctionnelle, salle de bain au top, literie très confortable. Quartier paisible et très charmant. Chioma a su se rendre très disponible et à l’écoute, Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à le reprendre si je devais de nouveau me rendre dans cette partie des États-Unis.
