I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

The whole family really enjoyed staying at Sophie’s house and we would definitely stay again. The kids loved the pool and the tennis court and the overall size of the house meant that if you wanted a bit of peace and quiet you could also find that. Good walks nearby and a lovely part of the country.

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We had a lovely time at Emily and Daniel’s place. Both were very friendly and communicative. Everything was very smooth and easy. Beautiful property and very peaceful location! Would recommend!

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The hosts were great, really appreciate them readying the pool for us early in the year. very friendly and gave good recommendations for the area, and told us how to get onto the local footpaths and trails, couldn't be happier.

We had a lovely stay at Coombeswell Cottage. The descent to the vally is adventurous at first, but you get used to it quickly. It only underlines the charm and countryside feel of the place. Secluded in a valley next to the Devil's Punchbowl, Coombeswell Cottage has it all: peace and quiet, lovely views, walks and hikes nearby, and the charming town of Haslemere a stone's throw away. The house itself is cosy and packed with books, antiques and curiosities. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate after a day's walk. To top it all, the easy train connection to London makes Haslemere ideal for country stays combined with a city trip to Britain's capital. A must-do!

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

we stayed here for my sisters hen do and WOW we loved it. the perfect place, in an amazing location very easily accessible by bus or train to the centre. the house itself it's really spacious, a special shout out to the kitchen / dining area with its disco vibes. Emma was extremely helpful and responsive. want to stay again already!

We had an amazing weekend in Brighton! The place was perfect for our group of 12. Would definitely recommend for a large group it was really comfortable and the hosts were so helpful and very responsive

Nina and Alex were extremely helpful fom start to finish - from flexible check in and great instructions pre-arrival, help with parking and local advice, through suggesting migraine remedies (over and above) and flexible checkout. Helpful, jolly and available throughout :) The house is wonderful - three stories with sunny patio, many pleasant bedrooms and amazing amenities. Table tennis, table football, huge TV and all possible comforts in a beautifully designed family home. It's a five minute walk from the beach, and three minutes walk from a bank of shops, cafes and restaurants that served us well on day one before we started exploring, and of course after that you have all of Brighton and Hove to play with. Strong recommend :)

Such a fantastic stay at Brett & Cheryl’s house! They were so helpful and responsive to all my questions, and Brett went above and beyond allowing early and late check in and sorting working permits for us. The house was spotless when we arrived and exactly as described. The kitchen had useful extras like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and tea bags. We loved the quirky decor and the garden area was such a bonus! The location is ideal - so close to the station, shops, beach and things to do. We had a truly wonderful hen weekend!

An extremely well presented and maintained house with a peaceful and private garden. The kitchen facilities were excellent and easy to use. Lovely to look out onto the garden when washing up. It really was a home away from home. There was a very warm conservatory area: lovely and light to sit and read in as well as the outside space, with plenty of outside seating. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was free parking for two cars on the driveway, which is why I booked it. The location was brilliant, a short walk to the sea. We walked into Brighton along the promenade: it was a good distance but there were many distractions along the way. We also used the bus service, which was great. A city saver ticket gave us repeated journeys in a 24 hour period. We had a wonderful break. Brighton was very busy and lively but the accommodation was peaceful, a perfect retreat. We definitely would stay there again. Thank you very much for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very peaceful with easy access to hiking trails. There are plenty of birds (and cats!) around. The house has everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely loved our stay there. The house and gardens were lovely. Nice quiet area, easy to travel by bus to Brighton which took about 15 mins. Can't fault the place at all. Especially as traveling with my disabled son. The bedroom and bathroom for him were a massive plus and made everything so much easier. We will definitely be looking at coming back sometime!

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again. The house is fantastic and has everything you could need. It is right in the centre of all the action but, as it is away from the road, it is very quiet. We had lovely weather while we were there and spent time sitting in the small patio garden. We didn’t have any need to contact the host while we were there but had a message from her on check in with details and the option to call her if we needed anything. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

We had a lovely time at Fred’s place! The location was great and the house was full of character. The beds were comfortable and the showers were also great. We would recommend! Would probably say it isn’t pet friendly though, just because we were worried about them knocking over things/ going upstairs/ going on the rugs and they weren’t allowed outside. Other than that perfect.

Gabbys house was an amazing airbnb experience, one of the best we’ve had. The house is so lovely, stocked full of amenities and we were able to have an amazing few days here. The house is spotless, but so cosy and lovely decor. Gabby left us some eggs, bread, milk etc which was a lovely touch. The house is approx 20-30 min walk from the pier, but there are lovely parks and pubs on route and we found the location ideal. She responded very quickly to our questions, let us check in early and check out late, and was really lovely throughout. 10/10 recommend

A real gem. Very well designed house: two single beds in the loft conversion with their own bathroom; two large bedrooms on middle floor with a family bathroom; downstairs toilet too. Very well set-up kitchen with masses of utensils. Lovely conservatory which is a sun trap so you can dry your swimming stuff on the clothes horse provided. The hot tub and sauna are a fun addition. Great location: two minutes from the beach and four minutes walk into town over the beautiful bridge. The wifi worked really well too. Both TVs connected easily to Netflix etc, not that you will need much screentime with the beautiful beach just round the corner.
