This home is just a short distance to the local universities Clarkson (4.2 miles), SUNY Potsdam (6.5 miles), SUNY Canton (12 miles), and St. Lawrence University (10 miles) as well as Rochester Regional Health (CPH) 5.7 miles.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Moody’s lookout is the most spacious of the 5 suites tucked inside Main Street Suites in downtown Brasher Falls. Don’t let the name fool you(inspired by the previous building owner). Guests will be everything but “moody” after staying in their large 2 bedroom efficiency Suite with private second story balcony that overlooks the St Regis River. This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
