We arrived quite late, jules confirmed it wasn’t an issue at all and gave me clear instructions for access. Jules responded very quickly to any messages. This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

Great location, very easy to get to the city centre, the bus stop is right outside the property. The host was very responsive and left clear instructions which made for a smooth check in.

A fantastic modern apartment just off Deansgate so an ideal spot if you like shopping and sampling amazing restaurants and bars. The apartment was beautiful with the added bonus of a little rooftop garden. Kitchen was fantastic and both bedrooms were luxurious with en-suite bathrooms. I will stay here when I’m next visiting but in the meantime I would highly recommend.

We booked here for a girlie weekend away. The host was prompt with replies to messages, and any queries we had. The apartment was spacious, big rooms and clean decor. All but 1 bedroom was ensuite, but had the use of the main bathroom as noone else needed to use it. The view onto the gardens outside the front was lovely. We managed to get a sunny weekend so spent sometime out on the grass. Close to city centre and train station 5 minute walk. Overall a great experience and would return. Many thanks 😊

This place was incredible the decor was beautiful 😍 it was done so tastefully super impressed with the place. From the lighting to the furniture to the hot tub and sauna it was all amazing...the garden area was beautiful and the area had some nice food places really impressed would highly recommend. The host was friendly,responsive and very helpful also.

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

well what can I say! we will definitely be back! this had everything you needed not just the hot tub, pool table and the wonderful balcony area but we were surprised to walk in to snacks, drinks stocked and an abundance of house hold items! everything was spotlessly clean with clear instructions on all appliances! we also walked in to see they had decorated for our anniversary (we were celebrating 11 years and a 1 year countdown to our wedding) this place will hold alot of wonderful memories and can't wait to come back one day! Lisa and Wass your place and yourselves are amazing!
