Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

Hilltop Lodge is a beautiful detached timber building set in enclosed garden (perfect for dogs). It's open plan, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on a winter's evening, with well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It has large windows with lots of natural light. The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on with comfortable outdoor seating. Come and experience our little bit of Eden. Our fully insulated Log cabin is situated within our private woodland with its own entrance and approx 1 acre of fenced woodland, about 5 miles west of Appleby. The Lodge is on our 50 acre smallholding so although it is on its own it is not isolated and is within 200m of our farmhouse. Well placed for walking or exploring the quiet Eden Valley, and the Pennines, The Lakes and The Yorkshire Dales are within 30 mins drive.
