The property is ground floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen, living space & garden. Park & ride at York Designer outlet is nearby with buses every 10 mins to York. Nestled within the village is a nature reserve, woodland & short drive to Thicket priory, Yorkshire Air museum, Elvington Airfield & York Maze

York Luxury Apartment No 18 The Walk

The Walk is in the heart of York, right beside the Railway staion with one allocated parking space .This luxury apartment has one large bedroom with a super king size bed that can be made into two singles if requested, the other bed being a full size double sofa bed in the living room. The Woodland Garden, has a fantastic selection of mature Rhododendrons and azaleas extends to 1.5 acres, a fire pit with seating for 8-10, Two Decked areas, a Tree house, woodland pathway to access Allerthorpe Common. York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Ideal location for family/ friends reunions & Hen/Stag parties welcome.

Good bus route to the Centre and the Station. Suitable for couples/solo guests.
