I recently had the pleasure of hosting a staycation at Ashmi’s delightful home in Royston, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and a beautifully presented basket of goodies. It was filled with delectable local treats, indulgent chocolates, and even a bottle of milk to have a cuppa at the start of our stay. Accompanying this was a thoughtfully compiled book of recommendations, brimming with insider tips on the best local spots to explore—from quaint tearooms to scenic country walks. The house itself was absolutely immaculate, with a spotless kitchen that was a joy to use, and spacious, beautifully designed living areas where we could all relax and unwind. Every nook of the home exuded charm and comfort, ensuring that everyone felt right at home. The highlight for us all was undoubtedly the jacuzzi, a luxurious retreat that provided hours of relaxation and laughter under the stars. It’s soothing warmth!

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. It was bigger than we expected from the photos and very comfortable. Inside had everything we needed (and more!) including toys and games for the little ones and the gardens were just beautiful. We had lots of fun on the tennis courts! Lots in the area for young families. Hosts were very responsive whenever we had queries. Would recommend and would very happily stay again.

Mark and Nicole are truly the perfect hosts 😍 My husband and I spent nearly four months at ‘The Stables’ and couldn’t have been happier! The house is fabulous and has everything you could wish for. We love to cook and enjoyed cooking here as the kitchen was of a very high spec. The master bedroom was beautiful and the king size bed so, so, comfortable. So If it’s luxury you want, then it’s here. The location is delightful set far back from the road, along a track next to fields. There are lovely country walks nearby, where there are many beautiful horses, muntjacs and many other types of wildlife to see. We regularly had a pheasant who would peer in through our door 🥰 I would recommend staying here as the accommodation is very well appointed and in a lovely peaceful setting. Ampthill only being a short walk from the house is a wonderful little town to go shopping, have coffee or enjoy a lovely meal at one of the many eateries. We will definitely be back and miss being there.

Highly recommend a stay at this stunning airbnb! This place is fantastic even if you aren't a devout HP fan. I visited for my HP mad bestie's hen weekend and it really didn't disappoint. She noticed all the small touches of HP that had been done and even those not so HP mad amongst us, could appreciate all the hard work that had gone into the house. It is in a great location, just a 2-minute walk away from the Garston train station which you can catch for a trip into London. It has everything you need in the house and even the cups, plates and bowls are HP themed. There is a lovely garden big enough for sitting out and enjoying the weather & a space for 2 cars, although the parking was not a problem as there was lots of space in the street. The street itself was very quiet. Beds were comfy and lots of storage space for clothes. Lots of mirrors around the house, which for 7 ladies was crucial! The bathroom has a lovely big shower too! Great place to stay, handy location and all of the amenities we needed!

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. ideal place if you fly from Luton airport,we have stayed a night after a late flight. very close to the airport and McDonald's near by which is also convenient if you arrive late and hungry. place was immaculate and very clean,beds were comfortable and the shower was great. highly recommend

The living space was perfect!.. getting to the space felt a little strange but as soon as we were in we were safe and comfy and had all we needed. The fittings are all of a high spec and the rooms have air con which was lush! The bathroom was beautiful, as was the kitchen. Check in and out was smooth (sorry that we woke you) and location for the Harry Potter tour was perfect.

We had a great stay here, visiting family in Palmer's Green. Perfectly located for the train station and Palmer's Green High Street. Would definitely recommend, if you're looking for a well priced stay in London - from which it is perfectly easy to reach the city 👍

Lovely modern apartment, has great space and feels cozy at the same time. Great spot!

Stayed for one night, as a family. Accommodation was very clean, great layout and comfortable beds. Carvery restaurant and bar within a few minutes walk. Train station next door for connection into London. Supermarkets and shops within a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend

We had a lovely 3 night stay at The Loft. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Sarah was a brilliant host and gave us lots of information and was there to meet us at check in. We didn’t know anything about Tring before our stay and were really pleasantly surprised by lovely it is. Lovely little shops and some really nice restaurants. Black Goo is well worth a visit for the amazing cakes and Storia was great for an evening meal. Thank you Sarah!

Once again a great place to stay. Lovely experience and would recommend to friends and family in need of a place in Whetstone/Finchley.

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.
