Situé entre les chemins de randonnée de la forêt de Fontainebleau et le Loing. Un ménage de qualité est prévu par nos propres soins ( compris dans le prix). Location de vélos (dont électriques) possible chez notre voisin (instructions sur la dernière photo de l'annonce). Piste cyclable a explorer sur le chemin de halage du canal du Loing ( Scandibérique).

Notre dépendance de 72 m2 au pied de la forêt, de Fontainebleau (8min), du golf et du Grand parquet (5 min) saura vous séduire. au rdc: cuisine et coin repas et wc. à l’étage:un salon munit d'un canapé lit, une grande chambre familiale avec un lit double et deux lits simples, SDE et wc. Depart de la maison à pied pour une balade en forêt. Suivant nos disponibilités respectives nous pouvons soit vous accueillir soit vous mettre la clé à disposition. Cafetière tassimo. Chien ok sur demande

Rive droite : forêt, Seine et châteaux à proximité

À proximité de la Seine, de la forêt de Fontainebleau, des châteaux (Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Blandy les tours ) à 5’ à pied de la gare, sans oublier l’île de loisirs de Bois le Roi et son golf (9 trous) située à 3kms , ce charmant appartement de 20m2 tout confort vous attend. Un sentier de randonnée est praticable à côté de l’entrée du logement . Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus. Notre boulanger qui se trouve à 200m « vous enchantera les papilles ».

The house is an ideal starting point to discover Fontainebleau, Moret-sur-Loing and Saint-Mammès, Milly-la-foret and Barbizon. The Scandiberique (Eurovelo 3) passes right in front of the house!

Walking and cycling paths are accessible within a few minutes walk from the accommodation in the direction of Bois le Roi, Fontainebleau, Barbizon and the surrounding area. Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you bicycles and crash pads.

Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
