We really enjoyed our stay here. A beautiful home that was very relaxing and comfortable!

My group’s stay at this property was nothing less than perfect. From the gorgeous green rolling hills to the breathtaking lakeside view, the location’s beauty made for a fantastic getaway filled with nonstop outdoor activities, including swimming in the lake, tanning by the pool, playing pickle ball on the convenient courts, and strolling around the yards. The house itself was also phenomenal - clean, spacious, homey, newly renovated, finely furnished, and expertly decorated are a few descriptors of the interior. We took a girls’ trip but commented that it would be a great place for families with children as well. Its privacy in Ashland City but close proximity to Nashville allowed for the best of both worlds - relaxation with a touch of city fun. Chris was an attentive, friendly host, and I would gladly rent his property again/recommend to friends!

The Lake House is everything Julian said it was and more. Perfrct spot for my friends from college to spend our 25 year friendaversary! We enjoyed the relaxing quiet and the beautiful setting in between exploring Nashville. Julian was very response and made our stay that much more special.

This place was absolutely beautiful and was a great place for a girls weekend get away. Elle, was always so responsive and was able to answer any questions I had. 10/10 do recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful place to get away with your family or a girls weekend. 😊

Lovely house on the river. Although it’s very close to a Briley Parkway overpass, we were never bothered by traffic noise. The neighborhood itself is a quiet wooded area that is also very convenient to Opryland. Pay attention to the speed limit, though, because deer roam freely around the neighborhood.

Wonderful, relaxing, and peaceful stay! Great hosts and everything was as described. Great for family. We enjoyed the dock, playing games and hanging out together as a family. Perfect for our spring break trip!

We had a great time at Garland’s place. Nice for our quick getaway with a lot of people. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for everyone! Garland is very nice and helpful.

This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

This house was a perfect stay for our trip to Tennessee. The quiet house, located on the water provided a great space to let the kids be active (in the beautiful yard with lots of activities) while also providing great proximity to the Nashville area. The hosts were great, providing great information before the stay and made it easy to check in and out. We didn’t need to contact them during the stay, but would have been easy given the pre check in information. Overall, perfect stay. Wish we would have booked it longer to enjoy the space!

I had an amazing stay with my boyfriend and dog. The scenery was amazing, I highly recommend bringing binoculars if you have them! Wild turkeys and deer can be seen everyday. The There was plenty of action on the lake for fishing and the pup enjoyed the huge open fields for running and playing. This is the perfect place to get away for some relaxing, and I will definitely stay again!

Responsive and kind host, absolutely wonderful home, the back yard and porches are an oasis. Gorgeous decor. Comfortable and comforting as well.

This place was perfect for our team coming to town for a tournament. Great location and host, plenty of room, and was just what we needed.

Loved our stay here. We were planning a weekend in the sun, but it ended up raining the whole time, only meaning we got to enjoy so much of the house and property. The hot tub being covered is clutch, lots of space for a big group, and really convenient amenities! The kitchen was great for cooking meals and the covered porch has so much seating. All the trees and birds and privacy was truly so peaceful especially in the rain. It was better than we even planned for!

The home was absolutely beautiful and so spacious! The back lawn was beautiful and plenty of room for our puppies. So much extra that came with the home that we didn’t expect. The neighbor was so respectful and kind! Made the stay so much better. We would definitely come back to this home anytime we’re back in Tennessee!

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!

It was a nice peaceful getaway for my wife and I. House was easy to find, and was easy to get into via the door code. Everything looked and smelled clean. All amenities were easily accessible as called out by the host. We’ll definitely staying again!

This is the most magical place on earth, don’t skip out on it! It truly is the nature lovers paradise. Between the wildlife and the fireplace, we didn’t want to leave. We cancelled our plans of exploring the city just to stay in all day. The cabin was clean, cozy and beyond comfortable. We loved every moment of it.

We had a fantastic experience working with Jackson and Suzie - they are truly above and beyond! Case in point: one day during our visit, we locked ourselves out of the house. I messaged Suzie, and she was there in a matter of minutes to unlock the door for us. Another day, after some severe storms overnight, Suzie messaged the next morning just to check on us. Their communication was top-notch...they always responded very quickly to any messages and were so helpful with answering questions. Their home was spotlessly clean and was extremely well-stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, paper products, etc. to make for a smooth stay. They provided a garage door opener for us to use - it was SO nice being able to park in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Franklin, and the interstate. I highly recommend this home and the wonderful hosts who made it such a comfortable and cozy place for our family to stay!!

We’ve been in this subdivision for weeks at a few of the townhouses and Ronnette’s house is at the top of the list. Clean, modern and a pleasure to stay at. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This house was a great find. My group really enjoyed the space and it never felt too crowded. Very reasonable distance from Nashville, and a scenic drive to Cummin Falls. The kitchen was perfect for large group cooking and we enjoyed the hot tub and movie theater every night of the trip. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements as well. Molly was one of the best hosts I have worked with! She was easy to communicate with, helpful with all our inquiries, and even surprised me with birthday treats!! It made the trip all that much better to have a thoughtful and kind host!

It was the perfect place to stay in Nashville! Close to DT and was very spacious with a lot of nice features! Definitely worth it!
