I’ve stayed here twice, and would hope to again. The house is beautiful and well cared for. The hosts are accommodating and communicative.

The owner was great at communicating before and during our stay. She was very accommodating to our schedule and everything ran very smoothly.

Gracious host left a welcome bag with local goodies. Perfect home away from home. Fun game room for the grandchildren. Extremely clean , great bedding and plenty of pillows for all.

...what a wonderful place, peaceful quiet neighborhood, great for families with kids, kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies and spices and utensils. beautiful private yard and the trampoline was enjoyed by all ages. was so comfortable there! more than enough room with so many extras especially for the babies of the family. if you have kids and babies and like to cook, you will all be over the moon here!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The house was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. There were TVs in every room and an assortment of board games available. The hot tub was a nice plus also. The location was only a few blocks from the downtown. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Gem on Pearl was just what we needed for our stay. Location was great for walking to some good local restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We were happy being able to bring our dogs. We appreciated the personal message on the black board regarding the reason for our stay. We will definitely be using again for our next visit. Home worked out ideal for us over Thanksgiving. Location was easy to access, Ben was very responsive and proactive in his communication. No issues at all during our stay. Will definitely utilize this location in the future.

Tim is a wonderful host, The Cumberland is very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here several times and it's always a pleasant experience. I look forward to my next visit!

Sach is probably the most friendly, responsive host that we have ever had. The place was exactly as listed. The house is older and could use some TLC, but all rooms were clean, and it had everything we needed for a business trip. The neighborhood and location are both good too. We would stay here again.
