Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

Winter wonderland in the Berkshires. Enjoyed the snow storm with family while sitting by the fire and drinking coffee. Snow plow cleared driveway for us. Butternut ski area was about 40 minute drive. Matt communicated well during our stay. Would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed staying at Nancy’s place, it was super comfortable and our dog loved it too! There was plenty of space to walk our dog and we really enjoyed watching the animals from the back porch!

My dog and I had a wonderful 2 week stay! The house is charming, well appointed and located on a quiet dirt road in a beautiful location. I highly recommend!

Daphne is a thoughtful and wonderful host. The property was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything I would need, especially in the kitchen. I highly recommend this 5-star property. It is quiet, peaceful and full of nature everywhere the eye can see.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house for my kids and I. The house looked exactly as the photos presented and we felt right at home. If all that wasn’t enough, Jared was absolutely incredible with his responsiveness and how helpful he was. Lastly, the night before we were leaving, there was a big snowstorm and Jared had a cleanup crew that had taken care of all snow removal before we even were ready to leave. A+++, would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, spacious, and clean home. We spent hours by the fire when the weather was chilly, and explored the wooded property when the weather warmed up. Close to Sturbridge Village and restaurants. Quality beds with crisp sheets and plenty of blankets. Well-stocked kitchen. Gail was welcoming and always quick to respond.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood yet very close to the Mass Pike. Michelle was very responsive and quickly addressed an issue with the door lock. Check in and check out were easy. Highly recommend.

Lovely little spot to stay in for a college visit!

Shannon's fantastic apartment was perfect for our stay in Northampton. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable throughout our entire week long stay. The brick walls are super cool, the living room is incredibly cosy and the large windows let in great light. We easily cooked meals and picked up morning smoothies at Woodstar Cafe, right behind the apartment building. Highly recommend. If you need any groceries, State Street Fruit Store is a quick walk and they have everything you might need. Shannon had coffee and tea and a great coffee maker ready to go for us, including coffee filters. The apartment was clean, well stocked and Shannon checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, offering to drop off more linens/towels if necessary (it wasn't). This is the 3rd place we have stayed in Northampton and by far our favorite. We definitely would stay here again and have no reservations about recommending it to anyone.

This place is such a charming gem! We love a unique space that combines contemporary amenities and art with the handmade and historical. We felt right at home! There are many great vintage shops, restaurants, and activities nearby, including the Smith Botanical Garden. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay and would certainly return again. Love the openness of the living area, the great bathroom and the kitchen amenities. Quiet location, was perfect for our activities in Northampton.

This home had everything you needed and more! They put much thought into it! Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful products to use in the bathroom. They even provided laundry detergent sheets. They had many games to play and even books to read! They also thought of having extra phone chargers in case you forgot yours. We loved the electric fireplace, made it extra cozy. Overall it was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in!
