This all-private, half-house suite in my historic 1835 home includes 2 bedrooms with queen and full beds, full bathroom with shower, small kitchenette, extra room with futon, and a large living room with new furnishings. Adjacent to woods with well maintained trails yet only 5 miles from both Amherst and Belchertown centers. Plan a stimulating hike or simply enjoy a relaxing trip to Amherst. This is a fully restored 1880 farmhouse five min. from Montague Retreat Center, 20 min. from Amherst and 25 min. to Northampton. Our house has modern amenities: radiant concrete floors, high end appliances/countertops, a steam shower and 7 ft, radiant heated copper bath tub. Lots of light, open spaces, cathedral ceilings and an outdoor playset for kids. The house is set on 3/4 of an acre with lots of beautiful gardens and is located near Montague Center, where there are restaurants and shops.

Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.

Only a few miles to The Big E, 6 Flags, MGM Casino, BB Hall of Fame & Dr. Suess. 20 ish min to Hartford Int. Airport, 30 ish to Htfd & 40 ish north to 5 college area.

South Quarter House

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)
